No white rice… Really? This location as well? I hope the girl has her life put together better than my burrito. It was a shame to see such a mid burrito mis-rolled. It’s unwrapped guts only held in with aluminum foil. All the while you stared me down! Are you serious? I don’t expect you to treat me like royalty, obviously, but wow.
Honestly though, on some level, I’m a little impressed with the level of care. I wasn’t aware that such disregard, such disrespect, such disdain was possible.
I have come out of Chipotle a new man. A more learned man. One that will no longer take his proper burrito artisans for granted. For that, I thank you. This is a lesson I won’t soon forget.
I just have to stop going to Chipotle. Quality has gone down soooooo much. And that’s saying something. It’s a cafeteria style burrito —guys come on.

The singularity worst food I’ve ever had in any Mexican restaurant. The chicken Al pastor was dry and was grossly over seasoned with cumin.
Maybe they were trying for chili.
I was hungry and still tossed it. This was on par with the blue cheese omelette I made that even the dog refused it.
I was with company so I wasn’t going to redirect the evening by having any more to do with the place.

One of the smaller Chipotles I’ve visited but has all the qualities the bigger storefronts have to offer. But I gotta admit the gentleman that made my order was cool and super helpful. I had to order a few things , order for myself and a couple other people which made it sort of a pain to order but he helped me out without any problem. The place was clean inside and out.

Shout out to Jeremy! He is an asset to this restaurant! He always make me feel welcomed. Not something I often perceive at Chipotle Jeremy is always super friendly and accommodating

This Chipotle has to be one of the worst I’ve ever been to. Nothing is ever prepared right — the rice is still hard, queso is grainy, fajitas are soggy, salsas have no flavor, chips have no salt and are almost always either under or over cooked, or everything is too salty, or it’s barely even edible. The staff are dismissive and checked out, the portions are small, they’re always out of things. It’s a real bummer since we don’t have much in South Eugene. I’m not sure why it’s gone on like this, but I’m disappointed almost every time. The state of this location is bordering on unacceptable. I’ve had 1-2 okay meals here, but they were a fluke. Somebody please get this location on track! The campus location is great, maybe do some cross-training?!?

This particular chipotle is much worse than average. If you really gotta eat chipotle go to the other one in Coburg or something. Iv choked down many burritos from many Chipotle’s. It’s not something I brag about, and it’s rarely something I openly admit. I’m breaking my silence to warn all of you that of all the Chipotle’s Iv been to, this Chipotle location has the driest, oldest protein, and consistently serves the smallest portions. Always.

Food had great flavor Only thing I would like to say is… When getting the salad, the Chipotle-honey vingerette should have more in the cup. The cup is about 4oz, I only got little over 1 oz:( Should be at least HALF full..

Food is great. I always used to order ahead and pick up inside, but then one time they were randomly closed for staffing issues, so now I use the drive up line, which is easy and rarely crowded. The parking lot is kind of stupid.

I am surprised with the negative reviews. I had lunch here a few times this week and everything was great. Fast service and tasty food. I recommend the barbacoa bowl with guacamole.

Rice shouldn’t be crunchy!? Second burrito I’ve gotten here that has undercooked and uncooked rice in it.
