This was my first time at Chipotle, I’m not even mad, I don’t write reviews but I need to be honest here.
I ordered a bowl and a burrito, I made it really clear to the server the burrito was not for me and needs to be vegan. I added vegan meat to it, and watched them do it, all good. Somehow when I was not looking steak was put into the vegan burrito. Found out while my friend was eating, weird ok.
The guac. Was clearly not fresh whatsoever, starting to go brown, but it’s whatever, still ordered it.
When I went to pay it was $36, so I had to ask for a receipt, and found I was overcharged. The manager came over and looked like she was having the worst day of her life, it looked like an excruciating task for her to refund me, and never acknowledged me.
Alright… I heard the chips here are great, well mine came extremely stale and severely over-salted, there’s no way this is the standard.
Annnnnd, the food was completely cold.
I genuinely never leave a review, and I’m not mad, but I work in the same industry, and I’m genuinely shocked by my experience. Lol. If you read this far, best to save your money, at least from this location. Maybe a different Chipotle has it figured out, but this one doesn’t.

I understand nights get busy but this chipotle is constantly out of everything, someone needs to be preparing for nights better or something. Being out of chips, guac, and rice multiple nights a week makes zero sense. You can see there is managers on shift too and they aren’t even doing anything about it. As well as yes employees being overwhelmed from being really busy just not listening when you order. I didn’t complain in the store because of the long line but the girl doing my order completely ignored most of what i was saying, light meat extra rice etc just did not happen. Manager needs to schedule more people? Prepare better for weekend nights? All of it really. Horrible experience per usual and I’m beating myself up for not going to gateway

Food was great. Some staff were kind. But there is pink haired lady at this location that treated my friend with such disrespect when she was confused about an online order. She made my friend cry and treated her like she was a scammer!! When all she tried to do was seek your help and talk to you with kindness! Absolutely awful of you lady.

If you’re wanting the best Chipotle this is the one you want to go to. Good people and fresh food. The chips are never stale and they have no problem getting out a fresh pan of cheese dip or meat if you don’t want the bottom of a pan. They’re friendly and the place has always been clean and fully stocked no matter how busy they are. Overall 10/10.

Maybe its the manager not sure but lady with the pink in her hair is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had an online order and the app said there was an online issue processing payments within the app and to pay at the front. I was still charged the order on my account. Another employee was kind and trying to be helpful he agreed that app said to pay upfront and agreed the location was correct for the order, and I showed that my account was charged for the order. The manager or lady with pink in her hair was zero help and incredibly rude, accusing me of “scamming” Other staff even tried to tell her calm down and assist me but she wouldn’t let them. I ended up getting charged for my $60 online order but then refunded over the app without any help from this store, and ordered through the line instead. To treat paying customers like that is incredibly telling about how this location is run. Also not surprised to see all the other reviews mentioning this lady’s behavior. Picture added of the payment being processed on my account and then the refunded amount to show i was not a scammer, and then the charge of me having to go through the line and order again.

The food is excellent and while sometimes stale depending on how recently prepared it is, it’s overall quality is high. The costumer service is excellent and haven’t had a bad experience yet (60k chipotle points for reference).
It is often very busy which leads to a mess and while not too terrible can be annoying.
The portions have decreased by a lot and fall short for what I want as an athlete.
Go to this chipotle instead of the other one.

I love their protein bowls. Very busy around lunch time. Every table was dirty so we took our food to go even though we intended to eat there.

ava is so fast, very efficient, and super polite. i am diabetic (type 2….) and struggle with monitoring my blood sugar and ava ensures i get my food in a timely manner so i don’t feel ill. she never makes me feel bad about my disease or like im less important than other customers due to my chronic disease. i am living a nightmare… the small things really help. thank you to team chipotle but especially to ava!

Stopped in on January 19 around noon time. They had a sign to please excuse them they were out of food because of delivery, no lettuce gave you one spoonful of protein it was dry gave you plenty of rice and corn, no cooked veggies offer two bowls for $25 really? Convenient location. Always out of random drinks and ingredients, others can taste weird. Sometimes ‘open’ but does not accept any orders (phone, online, or dine in). Annoying phone robot will say they are open even when they aren’t. Some staff will go above and beyond to minimize wait times, others can be rude and move in slow motion.
Usually understaffed or closed on Fridays despite what posted hours say.
