Decided to try the new chimichurri. Paid $1.30 to add a side. This oily mess is all I got. A less than half full container of non-edible oil. Luckily, I did not order it on top of my food. Or I might not have made it to the bathroom. I love chimichurri so I was excited. What a disappointment.

This is consistently hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, and I ate this stuff 5x a week. They’re always out of nearly everything by 5pm. Getting dinner at 7 for four years I was missing half the ingredients of my burrito and the guac was disgusting. Literally Jell-o would’ve been better than the guac they serve. This place needs a franchise quality check, go try it yourself and be just as disappointed as I always was.

This place can be good, its chipotle – but not recently. The service I received was ridiculous. They messed up my order in almost every way, then messed up my girlfriend’s order giving her chicken when she asked for rice. I dont know how you hear that, then when she said she wanted rice & carne asada the guy said she’d be charged double if she made the change. I did get charged for double protein, and they only put a scrap in mine, less than a single portion.
I tried to call to sort this out and it takes you to a call center. You can’t actually reach someone at the location.

Busy location, reasonable portion size, small dining area but somehow this location managed to put in good number of tables/chairs. Limited parking space – better then nothing – and employees are putting best foot forward to accommodate patrons.

Skimpy portions, look at this chip photo! Kids chips contain this much. My companion ordered half and half meat and was charged $7 extra! Unacceptable to charge so much for things and then not deliver on serving size.

Ordered thee burritos, three dips and three sides of chips. Got one burrito, two dips, and no chips. I am a head chef of a kitchen, it is really not that hard to read a piece of paper and follow those directions. Especially in a fast food atmosphere. I don’t understand how or why people can be so stupid and incompetent. Figure. It. Out.
