Service was good this time (it hasn’t been in the past), but the portion was quite small. Never had such a small bowl, it didn’t even fill out to the outer walls, AND I got double chicken, so it should be overflowing…May have been a new hire by the looks of it, but idk. I’ll give it one last chance but this chipotle has been not great for a while.

I was impressed with the dinner shift. All the food was fresh, full and not scraping by, and the professional gave me excellent portions, and cleanliness, efficient, and kind. Excellent!!! Thank You sinner shift for being better than the morning shift.

I’m super disappointed in the portion sizes. You can see employees visibly measuring out ingredients and counting stuff out while serving you. Everything is basically down to one scoop now and you can tell there’s an order to how things are even applied. The whole ordering experience felt corporate and weird, but again, isn’t that what they are?

When it gets time to check out, I have to say several times we ordered chicken because throughout the order line one employee asked me “What kind of steak do you want?” None, just some chicken, man. I later make sure to verify because they kept trying to charge me otherwise. Even at the end the last employee only says chicken after I corrected him several times. We order in and there’s a mess of equipment just chilling on a table randomly, girl doesn’t offer us a tray at all and only mentions they have one when she sees us trying to divy out items. There are employees both sitting around or standing. The ones sitting are taking up a huge table with friends. It’s not my business, but it’s super distracting if they’re supposed to be working. If they’re on break, that’s their business. It just feels like they weren’t ready to formally open.

I really miss the old days of Chipotle. The food tasted fresh and I’m stoked there’s another location, but until you can be given more bang for buck, $27 for 2 small bowls, 1 drink, a bag of chips, and some vinegarette is not the vibe. Also, for those wondering it was their first day open. I’m understanding about some things but I’m disappointed in the overall experience.

Just for references friends and I used to each get huge bowls or burritos, drinks, chips and guacamole for $19-23 in a single order depending on if we each ordered a drink or chips. To have to pay almost $5-10 more for much less sucks. Now, you’re probably thinking, don’t eat there then. And to that I say, this was my first time back in a while to my (past) favorite place to eat. I deserve to have a good time. Tired of places nickel and diming you.

13 dollars for like 4 bites of food. The portion sizes are absolutely abysmal. They can’t keep getting away with it

This has happened multiple times (missing items in our orders) so I reached out to customer support and they offered 2 free drinks on the app. Both vegetarian dishes missing fajita veggies, my burrito was ice cold with huge clumps of wet freezing cold cheese, had to walk in and get our chips and guac bc it wasn’t in our bag and when we got home the chips were so chewy. Go to Tacovre or Laughing Planet. They have better service and fresher food.

Tried it again and instantly regretted it. If you’re a vegetarian check your queso for big chunks of fatty meat. This place is garbage.

Going to the Chipotle on campus is a pain I know, but it’s worth it. Not only are the portion sizes small here, but we got CHUNKS of burnt something in both our burrito and bowl. There was too many to even pick out. It was like they scraped the grill while they were cleaning it directly into our food. I tried to get a refund and after a week I heard nothing. Seriously the worst Chipotle ever.

Supposed manager was extremely rude. Didnt look up from his phone as im standing onfront of him and then proceeded to act inconvenienced over doing his job which was simply cashing us out. He also threw our change into our hand instead of handing it over. Definitely needs to work on his customer service skills, or maybe consider another job!

Well we had a good experience here. Went in and ordered in person and took food home. Food was really good, large portions and the guys making it were friendly and fast. We had burritos and bowls. chipotle is a nice option if you’re really hungry and looking for healthier choices.

I eat here a lot. I mean probably 5 times a week. The service is always good. Portions are plentiful and they are rarely out of items.

I ordered 3 bowls, each one of them was missing something and less then half full, and 4-5 pieces of steak. Also they packaged the order terribly causing the food to spill all over the bag. Also I ask the person at the window if forks and napkins were in the bag (order online – picked up at window) and she said yes but NO, because when I checked the bag they weren’t in there. Really disappointing.
