Shouldn’t be passing health inspections. Served primarily rotten lettuce on both menu items. There seems some be some deep endemic problem with the management of this location. I used to work nearby and haven’t been in about a year or so, and didn’t have unusual expectations for a Sunday night. I didn’t expect the food to be stale, I arrived at 8:30 and their website says they close at 11:00, so a good 90 minutes before close, but all the grills were off, and of the two staff members on shift one was sweeping the entire duration of my stay. The few customers there were relaxed and understanding. There were several food outages, including white rice, and fajitas, and most of the meat looked completely desiccated, like dog food. The remains of the fajita looked like it was cooked 6-7 hours ago, and the worker confirmed they were spoiled. I’ve never seen anything like it. I should have left, but I was tired and hungry and wanted to believe it wouldn’t be problematic. My food was served room temperature, to straight cold. It makes we wonder if there’s a cheaper tortilla product they’re using, or if the tortilla press was off? Brought the food home, and I was grateful I had tacos as I could see the rotten lettuce right away. My boyfriend, who compulsively contradicts me on principal, couldn’t ignore the rotten shredded lettuce across his bowl. It’s obvious that no fresh food was prepared there for hours and hours, there was no rush, and rather than blaming the workers I squarely blame management. This was a horrifying experience, I’m challenging the charge on the principal of being served rancid food, I’m frightened for the people in front of and behind me who ordered burritos with hidden rancid lettuce. I’m reporting this to the health department, hopefully that will encourage better oversight. The franchise owner should be ashamed.

They were 45 minutes late with my order tonight. I said okay I’ll go wait in the lobby because my 8 year old needs the restroom… then they locked the lobby doors and put up a sign that they were out of food. They LOCKED THE DOORS, with CUSTOMERS INSIDE. Fire hazard? Apparently they ran out of white rice, chicken, queso, and guac. I drove back around again and finally got SOME of my food. I had to take basically half a scoop of brown rice, no queso ($$) and no guac ($$). Then I tried to file a complaint online and the AI said it was unable to accept complaints at this time. Avoid at all cost. I still want my refund.

I don’t normally post reviews but this visit today showed that someone is either playing jokes or just not wanting to make orders properly. I made an online order for a bowl with both chicken and steak added. I added double protein using the points I accumulated which gives me one full scoop of each meat. Instead I got a rice bowl with maybe a quarter scoop of both proteins. Customer service gave me a free entree to compensate but I still wanna bring this up. Hopefully this issue gets resolved.

This is the first time I’ve gone to this location and won’t be going for a second. The amount of money you spend VS the amount of food is ridiculous. There was hardly any rice, maybe a quarter scoop of chicken that was scraped out of the bottom of the container (very dry), my bowl was barely half full with the remaining ingredients. Usually this same order will last 2 meals for me, this time… not even close.

First off, I ordered a bowl. I asked for pinto beans, I got a very small have scoop of pinto beans. Then… I ordered sour cream, I have never witnessed this much sour cream in my lifetime. My bowl could honestly be considered a soup. It was horrible. Just to add on to this horrible experience, my bowl was only half filled. I was very disappointed ☹️ The Lebanon chipotle is 100 times better.

Never again. Tonight I went in and ordered a chicken bowl at the Albany Oregon chipotle and it was disgusting. I have never left a review but this was just pretty bad. I got my order to go. It cost $20, and it’s the worst $20 I’ve ever spent my life. I also looked it up on the website before I came in and it only came out to be like $15 so I’m not sure why it cost so much more in store. Anyways the guacamole, was freezing cold and the beans were hard.. I thought it was supposed to be like QDOBA but they just have the same atmosphere and menu items but the food actually tastes like what it’s supposed to… :/

Update: 2 years later and Chipotle still has pretty lame reputation. All the people I liked who worked here when it first opened are no longer around, the portions have shrunk down tremendously, and the price doesn’t justify it anymore. Sucks to see what has happened to Chipotle.

Please, for the love of God, give me more food in my online orders. There are some very professional and nice folks who work here, but the portions are totally hit and miss depending on if you go in or if you order through the app.

Sometimes you get huge heaping portions, sometimes you get what I got tonight. 🙁

Please note I never usually review anything, mostly because I have a high tolerance for mishaps. Most the time it’s not a bad restaurant, but this was hands down the worst experience. We all know they are skimpy with orders, but this was hands down the worst order I’ve ever experienced. $10 for this should be a crime. There’s no way you can look at me with a straight face and tell me that’s 4oz of rice, 4oz of meat, and 4oz of beans. Have some shame. 7/12 at 7pm workers (and management!!!!!) you’re being ridiculous at this point.

This is getting absolutely ridiculous. I ordered door dash and the order was wrong, again. There was no cheese on the tacos, and one of the tacos had LITERALLY two pieces of chicken on it. Two. So when I checked the others, one was normal and the other had 4 pieces on it. If you’re paying $13 for 3 tacos, you’d at least want them to be correct. This is essentially theft. You aren’t getting what you are paying for.

I’m never one to leave reviews but it was that bad. Don’t order pick up from here! You’ll get terrible portion sizes. I got a half steak and chicken bowl and there was maybe half a scoop total.my bowl was half empty when I opened it. Will probably never order from this chipotle again since this has happened a few times only at this location. I paid way too much for what I got. Don’t recommend spending your money here.
