$10.45 for that burrito(banana for scale), less than 2oz of meat, no mixed veggies, no lettuce. How do you justify that? I’ll go to Baja Fresh next time.

I ordered delivery from chipotle. I’ve been there once before try to give it another go I ordered delivery, and when I got my food I had about a teaspoon of pinto beans, a teaspoon of meat and a teaspoon of rice. This was supposed to be a burrito bowl I got no other toppings no guacamole no sour cream no cheese there was nothing on my burrito bowl that was supposed to be in my bowl. I went to get my money back but because I ordered from a third-party I’d have to call the third-party. So I had to get another bowl. They were so rude didn’t even apologize. It’s a bait and switch. I paid $20 for this bowl including delivery. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I couldn’t eat it I was so disgusted I gave it to a homeless person. Chipotle needs to shut down all over the place. It’s the worst garbage restaurant I’ve ever been to. I should’ve checked the Google reviews before I went.

I order my food online and when I got home food was completely wrong. Missing item. Kids meal with super spicy salsa. I talked to the CSR and for nothing but excuses. And ask me to call the 800 number. What a shame. Would not be coming back to this place ever.

This Chipotle is hit or miss. Some days the service and food are great. Other days, not so much. The last 2 – 3 times I’ve been they’re they were out of something: steak, lettuce, fajita veggies, white rice, etc. And they look at you like that’s it. We’re out. I and the other customers had to ask if they were making more or planning to make more.

Hands down my worst service experience at a Chipotle. Arrived 9:20pm on Saturday 7/8/23. Store was scheduled to close at 10pm. Stood at the counter for 15min without anyone offering to take my order while a line of more customers began stacking up through the lobby. One employee was slowly preparing what I assume were online orders but she awkwardly avoiding making eye contact or communicating with the customers in the lobby. Three other employees were busy cleaning the store while also ignoring customers and wearing headphones (i assume trying to get ready for an early close). Music with some very violent and abusive lyrics towards women was playing loudly from back in the kitchen. I left after 15min and ordered food elsewhere.

Last time we ordered a pickup order and our food was soggy.. This time the doors were locked at 8:30pm on a Friday, when they were unlocked our bowls were only filled halfway. Very disappointing as I do enjoy their food most of the time.

If I could give this a zero star review, I certainly would. There were at least 4 employees on shift, shall we say. One young woman was running the food line as well as accepting payments. We stood in line approximately 10 minutes, no problem, it was about lunch time.

Came in the middle of the day and they were out of all meat except steak. I work in a restaurant so it just comes down to a lack of communication to the kitchen, they should of told the cooks they were low before they were completely out. Unacceptable.
