First, Chipotle is one of my favorites however THIS LOCATION is the worst!! It’s the only one in this area so no choice if you want chipotle, hence the reason I keep going back hoping things will change. Over the past several years every single time I order there’s ALWAYS something wrong, consistently. From sorry we are out of forks, fountain machine not working, food items out of stock, or mistakes with the order. This location cannot ever get it together. The chips I’ve stopped ordering because they are either stale, extremely over salted or bendable for whatever reason. The past few orders I’ve used the app for pick up as it’s faster and my preference but unfortunately the meals are almost half the size, where’s the consistency? For as much as I’m there I’m always seeing new employees, this speaks volume to me as a customer. The two times something went way wrong with my visit, that was over the top, and I ask to speak to the manager, she’s as rude and uninterested as they come, clearly hates her job and her customers. I’m guessing that’s why nothing changes or improves at this location. Let me also say I travel, a lot, and eat chipotle in many different states with zero issues to feel the need to make a review with a 1 star, meaning I’m not picky. But today put me over the top with my half sized order PLUS the rotting lettuce that I actually ate not realizing it. I love the chicken and the spices used but today three of my bits until I stopped eating the meal all together was ON FIRE! What the heck was that about? Seemed like jalapeño. The rice that I did receive was crunchy, rice is so easy to make, come on. So my lunch to say the least was cut short and miserable from dark slimy lettuce, to hot jalapeno like bites. YUCK Why can’t anyone care enough to make this location offer what every other one offers, so frustrating and disappointing.

I got catering from Chipotle today for the second time in 2 months. All the food was great. It was hot what was supposed to be hot and the cold things were cold as they were supposed to be. The workers brought the boxes out to my car and they were very kind.
There was a small issue that needed to be corrected at the end, but Adam was amazing and took care of it quickly and efficiently. Nothing is ever going to be 100% perfect in life but the most important part is how you address it and how you get it fixed. Adam took care of it and everything was perfect. Otherwise. I’ll definitely be back.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The place was clean and had a nice, casual vibe for a quick and healthy bite. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want something tasty, filling, and plant-based. Highly recommend it!

Horrible customer service great burrito. The guy making my burrito made my burrito great and as he folded it filling came out of both ends.. not a problem there.. when I asked for another tortilla to purchase, He became a little hostile, I insisted that I am willing to pay for the tortilla to catch the food that falls out and have another make shift burrito. He was clearly upset and im not sure how I offended him. He threw the extra tortilla in the bag then I proceeded to pay. The cashier then threw my bag at me.. im a good catch so not a problem just concerned at this location for there handling of a paid extra tortilla.. ive been a longtime customer of chipotle since the early 2005 I travel for work across the nation and this is the 1st time that something like this happened.. I love Chipotle but maybe the staff could recieve some training

Just had one of the best Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. Taryn and Adam were incredibly helpful. I stopped in for the Burrito BOGO on 12/13 around 9 pm, and even though there was a line, Adam took his time to make sure each order was right, which kept everything moving smoothly! No more than a five-minute wait. Taryn was a joy at the register, juggling checkout while also assisting Adam when needed. Overall, an awesome team, especially the two we worked with tonight!!

Came here late (around 10pm) one night last week. Staff were friendly, working hard, and fulfilled our order with care and attention to details and our requests. We love grabbing dinner here!

I came into this chipotle and there was nobody at the food counter or anywhere around the area to greet or help me, at this time there was also nobody else in the store so you would expect to be greeted and helped right away but I had to wait about 3-5 minutes before someone even noticed me while I was all the way up at the front waiting to be helped.

Not all Chipotle’s are equal. This one has an awful parking lot. But, it’s the best one in town. What do I mean? Lid barely fits, less mistakes/omissions, faster online ordering response time. Their lettuce is lower (not bad just not great) quality sometimes. But, as far as how chipotle used to be, the stuff you appreciate… For your money, this is the one.

Absolutely disappointed and not surprised. I placed and online order for pickup for a burrito bowl, paid for extra steak and chicken… I got a salad bowl full of just lettuce, undercooked rice, and a big piece of fatty tissue or something. I wish I could upload a photo but it won’t let me. Save your money.

Fantastic service from the crew, very composed, even through the rush. There was a man child, who got upset. The crew member was trying to fix the problem but the old man was inpatient And made a scene. I vouch for the crew, that they did a good job, when I saw it. The old man, even spilled some drink near my food and the crew offer to replace it. Good people, good atmosphere. The crew or anyone doesn’t deserve what that old man did. And need show more respect. Thank you chipotle crew
