When I walked into this location, there were people dining but nobody ordering anything. So I was able to walk right up to the ordering area. The girl who was going to be making my food noticed I entered the establishment and proceeded to also head to the ordering area, and put a fresh pair of gloves on. I was patiently waiting for her to do what she needed to get prepared. She the. Lazily said “you ready”. I said yes I will take a burrito. She seemed like she did not want to be there, let alone making food. Every time she asked about different ingredients, it was very lazy and unenthused. All of this I can understand, we all have our days. I don’t expect people to be artificially enthusiastic, I just want good food. After completing the order, she was wrapping the burrito, and apparently I should have monitored this part of the process. I drive to work with my food and I get to work with maybe 15 minutes before I start, so I open the wrapper to eat in my car. The burrito wrapper was hard to peel off the slimy, sauce covered burrito. There was so much sour cream and salsa and queso oozing out of the burrito that it was impossible to even attempt to eat it. So I brought it into my work to put it on a plate and essentially carve into it with a plastic fork and knife to try to dissect the ingredients out of it to eat. I had to use an absurd amount of napkins to get through this. I would not have eaten if I had enough time to go back and let them re-make it. I tried calling the location to see if there is any sort of management there who I can let them know, but the only thing you can do if you call is order food via the AI robot. I tried using the online system to leave feedback but it was overly complicated to just leave feedback. So it’s much simpler to leave it here.

Service and food quantity and quality have gone down severely. My empty tortillas look more filling than my bowl of food.
I’ll be getting mine from tualitan for now on. @$15 I was extremely disappointed

They did remake the bowl, but I ordered pickup and it felt so light that I opened it up. It was 1/3 filled and missing several ingredients, like rice and vegetables. I know it’s a shitty minimum wage job, but at least be on par with other locations.

My recent visit to Chipotle was disappointing. They were out of key ingredients like lettuce and mixed vegetables, which was frustrating. When I asked if they planned on restocking, the staff member looked at the kitchen, then back at me with a blank expression, and simply said “NO.” I would have been happy to wait if they were making more, but that wasn’t an option.
I also noticed that the guacamole had cheese mixed in, which is a concern for me due to my allergy to dairy. When I asked for a fresh batch, the response was less than enthusiastic. The staff member seemed bothered by my request and didn’t say a word or make eye contact, even after I thanked them multiple times. They did eventually bring out new guacamole, which I appreciated, but the overall lack of courtesy left a bad impression. A simple smile or acknowledgment would have made a big difference.

I ordered delivery though the chipotle app and they forgot my salad dressing and fork/napkins but otherwise is classic chipotle. Fresh and made to order. Its just disappointing as this has happened multiple times. But otherwise 10/10 will order delivery again <3

I ordered a chipotle bowl for pick up, first I ordered to the wrong restaurant, totally my fault but trying to get ahold of anyone to remedy this was a head ache in itself because their customer service center just completely sucks. I got there and was standing at the counter ignored for quite some time. I finally get home with my order and notice 3 different things missing in my bowl, the pico, cheese and sour cream. It was basically lettuce with rice and the littlest dollop of sour cream and the smallest amount of dry meat. I was so disappointed

I’ve given this Chipotle multiple chances, but tonight was the third time I’ve ordered through the app for pickup and part of my order was missing. This time, not only were the drinks missing, but they also left the meat off our meals. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, I was simply met with an “okay,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful. The attention to detail at this location is seriously lacking, and the portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller each visit. Very frustrating to pay full price and consistently leave with incomplete or skimpy meals.
