I ordered the salad bowl with double sofritas a little brown rice, half black beans, half pinto beans, fajita veggies, pico de gallo, topped it off with more romaine lettuce. A bit salty , but wholesome and well rounded dinner!

Treated with courtesy and respect… Travis and Moe were awesome! My son and I visited and we were informed there may be a short wait for our items as they were preparing fresh steak. We were offered complimentary drinks and the staff (including a young lady) were unforgettably friendly. We got home and our food was fresh and amazing! Thank You!

I wish this Chipotle had digital tip! I was in there tonight and the employees did such a great job and were so nice, but I forgot to bring cash again. I feel bad walking out without being able to tip. Life is so expensive these days and not many people carry cash like they used to and the employees getting tips digitally would be a great thing and boost employee morale. I would imagine more people feel bad not being able to tip, then annoyed about being asked to tip. We’re all used to it now and they’re making and serving food, so it’s totally appropriate. I hope a manager reads this and implements digital tip as it would be fair, would boost morale, doesn’t cost Chipotle anything and would be a great benefit to the workers. I ask you to please implement digital tip. Thank you.

Portions are ridiculously small considering the price. I don’t mind spending the money but this is the only Chipotle that I visit that offers such small portions. Each week I go in there are new faces and I understand that they are in training but management needs to do better. More often than not the food is cold and the chips are stale. I can always reheat the food but the chips are not edible! Please do better!!

Have to give this location a low score based on food quality. After ordering, I was told there would be a wait for fresh chips, 5+ minutes. No problem, but asked to insure my burrito bowl would be fresh and hot as well. You guessed it! The dish was ice cold and obviously was prepared 5+ minutes prior to the chips. Not a good experience

For a $20 bowl of rice and whatever other ingredients you choose, I don’t feel as though it’s worth the cost. Employees are not very talkative and don’t seem to wanna be there. The restaurant is clean though. Food would benefit from covers during slower times, as the meats weren’t juicy but rather dry actually. I chose the steak and it wasn’t juicy or tender.

I go into this Chipotle location all the time and I honestly believe the turnover rate is so high because the managers (or whoever has seniority) are SO mean to the new employees and it makes for an incredibly awkward experience as a customer witnessing these interactions. I’m writing this review because I have seen the manager (or, again, employees who know more of what they’re doing) talk to new employees like they are absolutely dumb and stupid every time they do something wrong or off. These rude employees huff and puff and roll their eyes and I am consistently astounded by their hypocrisy to yell at an employee for doing something wrong in front of customers and then talk to me, the paying customer, as if I also did something wrong by being there- I would rather have someone kind serve me, even if they are making a few (or one) mistakes than have an entitled know it all just be a general jerk and exhibit no kindness whatsoever. Such a vibe kill.

Great location and fast service couldn’t ask for anything more looks like they are running on good start. Edit had to update it started off good but it seems like places don’t value customer service anymore or people are hiring based on need not people who want to be there. I really don’t understand having customer service job and not giving customer service. The person who took my order today didn’t care was pre occupied left me alone 3 times without explanation while doing my order. Wouldn’t let me talk or finish my sentences. Hey let’s not worry about inclusiveness and hire people that want to work. People don’t go to chipotle for the value but if they also get treated bad well then why bother paying the high price and getting bad customer service. I’ll go to a different option or location from now on. Literally the worst chipotle look at my quesadilla…

First time in a chipotles , new location just opened a week ago . Servers were pleasant , place appeared clean . So my plan was to get a bowl with steak , cheese , rice and sour cream and add some corn from home since their corn appeared to be spicy . However they were out of rice which seemed odd for a restaurant that just opened . Luckily i had rice at home as well. After all said and done i found the food to be average

This chipotle has great customer service and the staff are very nice and helpful. Everyone there seemed to be enjoying the chipotle environment and working to create a positive atmosphere. The food was exquisite. Will be going back!
