Place was clean. Food I haven’t tried yet but will update. But the young white lady that served me tonight was really pushy and treated me with a lot more attitude than the other customers that came in. She even skipped over the cheese when she asked what I would like on the bowl, and I know I said cheese. But, I will say it was quick service.

• They scoop the food from an assembly line, so there really isn’t any capacity to give superb service. Even so, they did their jobs.
• The decor is sound reflective surface and metal, so it’s not possible to have a cozy atmosphere. Despite that, it was clean and well presented.

They gave me half of scoop and skimpped on my steak instead of the full serving so I asked for extra. They charged me more just so I get the proper amount. Charged me for a large drink when I got a medium and charged me for chili sauce I didn’t even ask for. $25 buck for a basic cold burrito and medium drink. And then got my last review flagged. Gave it chance, never coming back. Gonna go for local burrito instead.

I enjoy chipotle as a Mexican food option alternative. The bowls are my favorite. Fresh ingredients, prepared rite in front of you. Although I would suggest passing on drinks as I’m nearly always disappointed. The watermelon lemonade had zero watermelon flavor.

Cesar was rude! Felt like they were annoyed to serve us like we did them dirty. We came in ordering in a good mood and Cesar wasn’t having it. The rudeness showed in the small portion serving sizes- like getting punished and skimmed for buying food! Also their snappy retort with asking about sides. We even said “thank you – have a good night” when they gave us our order and we got the cold shoulder and they carried on with their attitude.

Chipotle is great, but maybe just not here. Granted my order was atypical (I chose the new Keto bowl), but this $10 pile of disappointment was so bad I needed to review. There are more ingredients in a kids meal at half the price. Skimped on everything but guacamole . Staff was clearly not informed on what goes in this menu option or how it should be made. Not a difficult concept when the entire bowl consists of five ingredients. Will not return to this location.

The slices of meat are the only thing that are warm and if that they’re luke warm. It’s almost like being at subway ordering a cold untoasted sandwhich!
Quality went down hill shortly after opening to the point where it isn’t even worth going too anymore, Save your money and save your time this place is not worth a single dime.

DON”T GO TO THE CORNELL LOCATION If I could give 0 for service I would. I ordered on the app, picked up my food from the Cornell location and drove home. Only to get home and see the size of portions were WAY off and incorrect order. You can’t call the location so I had to drive all the way back the Cornell store.
The staff started off kind of nice, but when they asked to see my order that was small they accused me of eating it before bringing it back, and the other incorrect order they told me was right. They had another employee come up who was very RUDE ask me what the issue was and told me they made the bowls and not all bowls are made the same size. I did not accept that and asked for the bowls to be remade. They refused and only remade one bowl and gave me some “extra” meat on for the other and walked away.
I have never been treated so poorly by a store and their staff was so rude. I have left a app review and a website so please Chipotle don’t send me that info like on all the other bad posts for this location. DO BETTER AT THIS LOCATION!!!

This is definitely the best Chipotle in the area and worth driving to. Although they are sometimes out of ingredients, there’s everything you want more often than not. The food generally tastes fresh and the orders are accurate. I recommend coming here versus the location on Stucki.
