The service is fast and friendly. The limited time Chicken al Pastor is excellent. There are vegetarian choices on the menu. There is outdoor seating. Parking is limited. Some parking is reserved for online order pickup. There is a drive-up window.
It’s hard to hear the indoor cashier with the loud music and background noise. Access is only available from westbound TV Hwy or northbound Cornelius Pass Rd.

Never order delivery from this location.
We’ve being going to this location for about a year now, and the portions have almost always been totally fine. FWIW, when ordering from inside, staff is always friendly and typically gives decent portions (only have had to ask for more rice a couple times with some staff that have been visibly careful/timid). Its always clean and typically we don’t have to wait.
Delivery, however, has been OVERWHELMINGLY awful and a complete ripoff. Bowls get maybe half a cup of rice, a few pieces of meat, a few shreds of lettuce, and, if you’re lucky, a couple tablespoons of beans without the water (but usually they’re soaked).
It’s honestly really frustrating because this is almost exclusive to delivery and is only something we do for lunch (we always go in for dinner)
So I don’t know if this is just an issue of crappy day-shift people vs the evening/dinner shift staff, but I’d urge the manager/owner to address this.
Delivery and lunch vs dinner doesn’t mean you can skimp out on portion sizes. The price is far too much to be doing this. At this point we’re seriously considering just spending the extra few bucks and ordering from the nearby food trucks instead.

Have gone to 2 other locations before and their serving portions have been perfect, but this location gave less than half a spoon of rice and the beans weren’t ready yet. The chicken was great, but I had a hard piece that I had to spit out that felt like a bone.

when I tell you I will never come back to this location. This is my first time coming here and the fact that I placed an online order 10-15 minutes before coming to the drive thru to pick it up. 2 cars infront of me got there food no problem but as soon as it was my turn. Waited 20 minutes not even exaggerating. Workers looking over at me and everything. Didn’t honk try and get there attention or anything just simply waited. It got to a point were they were clearly just ignoring me. Let me give them the benefit of the doubt(maybe the drive thru suddenly closed, if so there should be a sign) my partner decided to go around the front to only find out that our food was LITERALLY SITTING THERE BY THE DRIVE THRU. Actually crazy. Nobody in the restaurant MIND YOU. This was around 10pm last night. The place closes at 11pm? Literally no reason they couldn’t just open that window and ask idk “what’s the name for your order” “ we’re closing the drive thru, come to the front” SOMETHING! Literally ridiculous! I don’t recommend coming here at ALL. I hope the store manager actually sees this and talks to the employees, because why is this a new location and it already got 2 stars! Whew

I have eaten from this location multiple times and have had good experience but this last time when I went there was one old lady serving and she was serving very small portions. I asked for a sour cream on the side and she filled that also half in a cup. To be fair, there was another guy serving at the same time and he was giving good portions. Overall, have had good experience here. I have always gone in and ordered.

The portions are ridiculously small. I ordered a burrito. When the server scoops rice, beans, meat etc… she would shake off the food until there are very little food left on each scoop. I asked the server to give me more, which she did. But when I got home, I realized that she had charged me extra. Don’t go to this location, other locations are not cheap with their portions.

Usually I go inside to order my food and this location does okay, but this time I decided to use their drive through system. I was very disappointed to say the least. The worker was very short and rude, and the portion was very little. I feel like I was ripped off and didn’t get my money’s worth. This is definitely not worth $13. Hope they do better. I won’t be using this location or their drive through again, and I recommend people go inside to order.

My husband and I came in expecting the worst. We didn’t use the drive through as those are where we saw most of the bad reviews stemming from. There was absolutely ZERO parking. We circled 3 or 4 times before someone got in their car and left.
Once we finally found a spot to park, we did wait in a line, however it’s a not the worst line I’ve stood in. They moved fairly quickly.
The portions are definitely much better than some of the other reviews I’ve seen. I’m sure these comments were discussed with staff and they made the needed adjustments. Overall was not a bad experience. Maybe next time I will try the chipotlane (drive through).

I would give this location a zero if I could. We ordered our food at 3:30pm for a 4:40pm pickup. We got to location at 4:40pm waited in line for 20 minutes all to be told to go back to the end of line because our order wasn’t ready. Absolutely ridiculous!!! The girl at the window paid no attention to the cars waiting. She was so rude! I will be calling a manager tomorrow.

The worst possible portion size I have ever seen, definitely not worth spending your money, I was hungry even after having extra protein. I thought I was just unlucky and after looking at the reviews this place sucks. It’s time for the manager to look at the ratings of this place and make sure they are serving the decent portion sizes
