Sad to say I’m joining the choir of those who’ve had an unpleasant experience with this Chipotle – I stopped by last Sunday and ordered inside. Despite it being the lunch hour on a weekend (with a ton of people shopping in the nearby stores), this place was not busy. No one was at the counter when I came in, so that gave me a chance to look around and notice how dirty all of the surfaces were. It really just looked sad. The employees came up a couple of minutes after I stood there, looking very disinterested in serving me. Nevertheless, I got a burrito bowl. The portion was extremely small and the flavors were not balanced. I had a birthday reward, so I added guac to my order. I was asked if I wanted to purchase chips with that and I said “yes” – huge mistake. I was not eating inside due to how dirty the restaurant was, and when I opened my food in the car, I discovered that the whole portion of my chips were just drenched in oil. The chips were soggy, shiny, clumped together. It was a mess!! I couldn’t eat them at all. I put the chips bag inside of my order paper bag, and, by the time I was done with my bowl, the bigger bag got soaked in oil. It really spoiled the whole experience at the end of the day. I would not recommend this location at all.

Ordered our foods using the app, and they got it ready in a timely manner. This location has a few parking spots in the front, but can be filled quickly depending on time of the day. This location also looked clean. I was not a fan of my steak in the bowl since it did not taste fresh and may sit there for a while. Other than that, all things were good!

We love this Chipotle, and we’ve had an excellent experience every time. The team members are friendly and engaging with customers.
Our food is consistently tasty, hot, and fresh. Our daughter loves the flavored lemonades. The chips and salsa are delicious. The dining room is small, but we’ve always found a seat. The dining room, self-service drink area, and restrooms are clean.
The only negative thing we can mention is that the parking situation is HORRIBLE! But, that is NOT the fault of Chipotle or its neighboring businesses. There simply were not enough parking spots planned for this portion of the shopping center during development.

I usually love Chipotle, but this visit was… an adventure. Every table looked like it was auditioning for a “before” photo in a cleaning commercial. Both trash cans were overflowing like a science experiment, and forks and napkins were basically an endangered species.
The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet the staff seemed to be on a team-building exercise called “Let’s Not Clean Anything.” Impressive commitment, honestly.
I really do like this chain, which is why this stood out . I’m hoping this location can get back to normal soon.

Missing my chips and salsa i paid for. Also food is cold. Mind you I picked it up just as they putting on the shelf and had a mile and half drive back home. Couldn’t have gotten cold that fast.

So I ordered food online with the last amount of money I had and my wife barely got anything, and it tasted like water, and my food was destroyed because there was multiple pieces of hair in my food the first bite I took and it was a black hair, I have black hair but since I’m black my hair is thicker and wirey and this hair wasn’t like mine my wife nor my daughters hair is black, on top of it (I’m not racist at all) there was a few Mexican boys working and were absolutely being rude and disrespectful to a female worker who was absolutely nice to me, who was doing more work then them. The boys were drawing on the counter where they make the bowls/burritos with a fat sharpe marker, and I can tell the way they were treating the female worker she did not like it at all and seemed like it bothered her. Food is normally good here but tonight it seemed like someone ruined it on purpose or something. Truly think it’s mandatory for food workers to wear hair nets, I don’t know where the hair has been, or if it’s clean. If the female worker sees this I’m praying for you. Please do something about this. Bullying, harassment, and unnecessary behavior in the food industry is unacceptable, especially with customers around in the store.

Ordered online, my burrito was missing 3 ingredients (half my order:guac, cheese, sour cream) the steak was grisly, and my boyfriends chicken burrito was pork.
Talked to customer service in hopes to get a refund for my burrito (included pictures) as it was really gross and flavorless, they offered me a free drink instead.
Between this, food quality plummeting, the sizes of burritos shrinking (significantly), and all their food contamination scandals, I’m never going to chipotle again. Mind you, I’ve been a loyal customer since highschool back in 2007. The only thing keeping their business alive is name recognition at this point. Bye bye!

Quick & healthy. In the past they use to have better values for the kids meal. Not so much now. They changed after the big scandal and they shut down for a little time. They do have the organic meat and it is healthier option than most chains.

Went in at about 7pm on a Monday. Right as I walked in, was greeted by the staff and got a compliment. The whole experience from entry to exit took about a minute. I would 100% recommend.

I came in with a messed up order that I placed earlier in the day and the staff sorted it out and made it right. This is the second time I’d give them a 5 star review.
