I usually don’t care enough to write a review. My bowl will taste the same in Portland as in Orlando. But today…man ya got me good. Monday night 645pm. Terrible parking situation – one lot for 3 restaurants, a starbucks, and a few other businesses. I circled twice to find a spot. First thing I notice walking up is all the marks on the doors and windows, maybe the sun was hitting it just right. Line was 5 people deep, tons of workers so I thought this was gonna go quick. Took 9 mins to get to the front. I start to order my bowl and they inform me there is no Pico and no guac. Now my bowl didnt taste the same bc it has some very key missing ingredients. One of the workers was super loud, coming out of the back and saying they were making something. By the time I left, the line was to the door, the place was fairly full and a little bit in disarray. Napkins, straws on floor, the drink area was messy. I’ll choose a different one next time I go back.

The menu states sofritos salad is 9.65 . I was over charged for my salad according to the menu price. The cashier was rude in nature . Appeared very unfriendly. . It is absolutely not necessary to constantly over charge vegans. It is unethical that vegans are charged extra because they are vegan. the attitude that comes from employees when they find out you do not eat animal products is even worse. Very bad experience. Sofritos is a veggie product so it should not cost more. I think it is unethical to charge more for it then animal.products. because animal.products actually cost more to transport to the restaurant and the overall prpcess costs more and add that to the cost on the environment due to the fact that animals.do NOT willingly give their lives for people to eat them . . The animals are forced to give their lives so people can eat them and or bamboozeled into it by animal.welfare workers. . I think the restaurant employees have what is called cognitive distanence to the fact that animals are forced/ and bamboozled and perhaps deep down inside deep and suppressed they have guilt feelings that have not been addressed . Perhaps over charging vegans is also societies way to threaten the humans that are vegan..Over charging vegans is unethical. I ordered a small bag of chips amd a very small container of half filled chimichurri. The total should have been no more then approx 12 -13dollars. 1 dollars chimichurri. 1.90 chips and 9.65 salad. I was charged almost 16 dollars. Larger meals.with alot of meat from other customers were being charged less. There is not option to tip when paid by card i paid by card. .i did not ask for your help in your website ans i will not visit your website after my experience. I will not allow you to bamboozled me..I asked for good customer service when I went in for dinner and I got nothing of the sort. I take that seriously and don’t want your “help” afterwards. I think your helpnat this point is a form ofbamboozeling.

Love chipotle and their food. Today I went to this one for whatever reason. Showed up 2 minutes after open, was told, “we open in one minute.” Fine. I wait a few minutes before they tell me and the few others that had joined that it’d be another moment. Fine. The person who eventually got the line moving was pretty standoffish. The person who checked me out was wearing a literal dog collar…. tbh I expected a bit more out of lake oswego. The food was up to standard, at least

Pretty sure the employees here are under strict orders to ration ingredients like they’re prepping for the apocalypse. My burrito bowl looked like it had been through a famine. Did someone lose a finger last time they gave out an extra scoop of beans? Is there a corporate policy that triggers an alarm if guac exceeds 1.5 tablespoons? Because that’s the only explanation for the microscopic portions I received. I didn’t get a meal — I got a visual representation of sadness. Seriously, are the ingredients rationed by weight or guilt? I’ve seen Taco Bell tacos with more structural integrity.
At this point, I can only assume there’s a clause in the Chipotle employee handbook that reads:
“If thou scoopeth more than 1.3 ounces of protein, thy pinky shall be forfeit.
Step it up, Chipotle. I came for a burrito bowl, not a culinary crime scene…. Go across the stree to Chick Fil A where you’re treated right and don’t feel gaslit by a burrito bowl.

The food tasted good but the store cleanliness was awful. They should definitely invest in a broom and mop. Blond woman seemed to be rude to her coworkers. My boyfriend’s burrito wasn’t wrapped on the ends causing it to all fall out. The salsa in my burrito was only in one bite.
Now I have to miss work and an appointment because I’m extremely sick. Found that there’s an ecoli outbreak at some chipotle stores currently and really hope this isn’t the case.

I normally ALWAYS enjoy Chipotle… it is one of my favorites! But this location was out of cheese and guacamole which really sucked for my burrito bowl….. granted it was late…. it kind of ruined the meal… don’t go if it’s close to closing, otherwise customer service was good!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is absolutely horrendous! From staff-food quality to cleanliness it is below sub par. Staff is nothing but young highschool kids who good off and have no people skills. Food quality is awful all the time and cleanliness is just ewww. i have seen nothing but food and garbage on the floor in the back, i see food everywhere on the counters, i see rats in the evening time on the outside of the premises constantly dirty tables inside.
