I have been at Chipotle customer for years. I always order the same thing, a bowl with half chicken and half steak. I’m usually charged the full price for a steak bowl, which is okay. Today I place my order and was charged for a chicken burrito and double steak/ double meat even though I did not ask for double meat and it did not appear I got double meat. When I asked why my total was over $17, The employee said, “sorry I gave you double meat.” I told him I had not asked for double meat and it didn’t look like double meat. He said it was and the price was $17.13. I was really hungry and had to attend class at the nearby college. I paid but I am very unhappy with Chipotle. I tried to call customer service but it is fully automated and will not allow you to speak to a person. I filed a complaint online, but it only allows you 200 characters, so there’s no way to fully explain what happened. The service there has gone downhill over the last year. Clearly, they do not want to be contacted by their customers to let them know when they’re doing poorly. I will NOT be going back to Chipotle –at all. The weird thing is that the customer before me DID order double meats and I saw the same clerk give him much more food than he gave me. I felt there may have been some bias going on, but I have no way of proving that. What I do know is that I was given poor service and paid too much for something I did not ask for or get. I do not continue to spend money at businesses that do not value me as a customer.

Went here on a Sunday around 12, and was told there was no more Carne Asada…. There was only two people in front of me, and it took forever! There were 3 employees on a break it looked like, and only 3 working. One in the front, and two in the back. The lady in the front was working her butt off, because she was helping with to go orders too. Maybe Stagger the break periods so you have more coverage. By the time I left, the line was out the door! I felt badly for the worker, and the customers in line. The Roseville location (by Galleria) is by far the BEST out of all the Chipotle’s I’ve been to.

I’ve gone to this location many times over 3 and 1/2 years. Sometimes the employees are agreeable, but oftentimes they are rude.
I made a purchase around 8:20 p.m. October 12th 2025. When I first arrived, no other customers were in line. However, I stood there waiting while one of the employees walked away , and the other employee at the cash register took over the entire line and did not serve me until other customers showed up behind me. When he was serving me, he made some obscenely rude gesture at one point when I tried to ask a question about the new sauce. I think he hunched over with his palms up, like he was rudely gesturing me to hurry up after they made me wait. Then, when he was done with my food , he made me wait to purchase it until after he made food for customers who showed up behind me. I had also asked for carne asada , and didn’t notice that he simply served me shredded beef until I got home.
This is just one example of a rude Behavior I’ve experienced from the employees at this location . My guess is they’re probably racist towards White men. Whatever the case, it’s pretty inexcusable. These children they keep hiring need supervision.

I order the same thing but I don’t get charged the same price consistently. I paid $1.65 for side and then today they charged me $5. On top I said I had a free queso on my app and they scanned it but still charged me full price. I stood back in line to get it corrected and the cashier rolled her eyes at me twice and had a horrible attitude. I was respectful and polite even though she was the one who messed up.

As a dasher I always have worse experience with this location, whenever I go for pick up they just ignore you they won’t help you the food will be ready but they just walk around instead of bringing the food to you. I always have to wait around 10 minutes to get the order while it’s already ready they just don’t care about you and your time.

I’ve had bad experiences with the SAME ONE EMPLOYEE. Her attitude is horrible. Tried charging me twice. Other employees have been very kind but it would be nice if they had name tags

Chips were stale, queso seemed to be overcooked. The person helping us took 2 of our orders and walked into the back for about 8 minutes. The other worker who was at the veggies station ended up taking our 3rd order. Asked for the new chimmcurri sause and didn’t receive it.

Served by a young and small sized Mexican lady.
They touch the Registra , then grab the lettuce and cheese for customers using their hands, without changing their gloves.
This is why chipotle has so many food poisoning incidents….
The size of this store is also tiny, only 70% of what other store gives..

The app sucks. It asked for my location but paired me with a Chipotle an hour away from me. Auburn is close to me and since I saw Auburn in the name I thought the appointment had paired me with the right location. I drove all the way over and found out I had placed the order in Sacramento. I was in a rush and on the way to a class and couldn’t wait for another order. I explained this and they wouldn’t issue a refund unless I placed another order. I asked if they would give me a store credit since it’s not fair to have two transactions being taken out of my bank account at once over a mistake caused by the app. They refused. Terrible service. Terrible app
