I recently visited Chipotle on 06/29/2023 at 2:35 pm (Order# 208) and unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of appalling. I placed an order for three salads and encountered an employee who displayed a shocking level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. It is with great disappointment that I share my negative experience, particularly concerning the person responsible for handling my order.

Manager and staff did want to honor a birthday promo for my wife and argued with us. This is after my wife signed up for their stupid rewards program. Food was good. Service was trash. Won’t be back. They were not friendly the last time. 2 strikes. Hard pass.

This place is the worst Chipotle. The first time I went there the person making my burrito wrapped it up and half of the stuff inside came out on the counter. When I asked if I could still get all of the stuff I was paying for (guacamole and extra chicken) the person grabbed the stuff with their hands and basically put it in the foil and not the burrito. What it turned into was just a complete mess. I just went back again at 12:30 and all the doors were locked. Someone came to the door opened it and saying “we don’t have power, later man” and slammed the door in my face. Great service.
