This location used to be good, but honestly went downhill over the years. For starters when we first walked in, we quite literally caught the employee eating meat off the cutting board. When he realized we caught him he just giggled at us and said sorry. Any person with a sane mind or has had any lesson is food handling would know a sorry doesn’t excuse that. Then once we got our food, we realized something was missing and drove back. When I asked about the missing item and mentioned how I was there not even 10 minutes ago, they said how we might not have even purchased it. Then when another employee got involved she responded with a snarky comment about how they missed ONE item. Along with commenting on how they were busy, which they were not. When we first walked in, it was two other people in there besides us. I would honestly recommend going to any of the taquerias nearby besides this place. The employees are rude, as well as nasty. No sort of cleanliness in food handling at all.

They gave me a burnt chicken burrito last night Nov 19 2025. I got another burnt burrito from Dos Coyotes East Sacramento down the street a while back so must be a trend . Someone said I should have complained but I didn’t. I felt they made the burrito too big also. I no longer have a big appetite. I saw a nice looking quesidilla for a younger female. Lines can be long especially after 6pm. 12/22/25 The corn was spicy last time. Today the steak was spicy. Can you guys please post spicy warning on the food. Why is everything like hot sauce jalepeno spicy over their. I dont like it. It too strong.

Witnessed a woman absolutely berate these employees over a soft taco with extra toppings. She was complaining about prices and yelling and cussing at them, they handled it with dignity and respect and deserve a raise! Totally kept their cool and kept the service going. Great job!

We will never return. They forgot part of our order and would help out until I dug the receipt out of their trash. The burritos came so big the broke open instantly and we’re not very good. The prices are higher than the taquerias nearby and the food isn’t as good too.

I’m usually pleased with this location but I see now I should not order online most likely, the portion sizes are crazy small. How do they get trained? It can’t be the same in every location because I’m pretty sure these are the smallest portion sizes I’ve received at any of the location I’ve gone to, just disappointing .

older lady making my food had a lot attitude. i got chicken and she barely put any, the proceeding to REMOVE chicken from the tiny amount she put in. She did this with everything and made it known she didn’t want to be there. I paid extra for guac and queso for her to put a tiny drop. I would say the bowl was 1/4 full as i could see the walls of the bowl. I gave this particular location too many chances.

I’ve gone twice now and been thoroughly disappointed. The first time was a chicken bowl, chips and salsa and a drink. They had no ice so the soda was completely warm not even room temperature. The 2nd time, they had no chicken so I settled for the new type meat which the worker described as seasoned chicken so I agreed. Got to the register and was charged for steak. They corrected it down to chicken. When I ate it at home, the meat was steak but the old chewy pieces of steak. Threw the bowl in the garbage. Will never visit here again

Probably one of the better experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. I don’t know if it was the staff they had or some changes they made but I was in and out in 3min. It was about 12:40pm on a Monday afternoon, no line, fully staffed. The staff wasn’t rude but they weren’t friendly- nothing to praise or complainabout here. The food was all super fresh and all items on the line were full. The salsa looked delicious and the greens were not old. Enjoyed my lunch today, thanks guys!!

There was almost no meat in my bowl. There was so much rice that there was no flavor. And they put so much sour cream on it it was disgusting. Total waste of my time and money. At least it didn’t make me sick.
