What is happening with humanity ? Why are we going to places we can’t even get the most basic customer service!!!!! ( What can I get you )! Then measuring how much rice you put in my and my kids plate. Are you kidding me. ? Then don’t even make me talk about how cheap they are when it comes to chicken or beef protein. I asked if I can get a little more guess what double charge at the cash register. This is not just this location all of them are a joke. In Denver Colorado Chipotle charged my kids kids meals with only shredded cheese and tortilla bread. What is wrong with this company and why are we not supporting our real local businesses. Once again I will never ever eat at this kind of rip off business. Even the food after I ate with my kids made us all feel sick. What a joke.

I read the comments before ordering and thought the meal would be horrible‼️ However, I ordered my protein bowl, and the server was generous. The only thing every Chipotle has in common is that they don’t like to add a good amount of chicken , but I asked for more, and she added it without hesitation. Overall, the bowl was good, and I think they’ve made some improvements since opening this branch.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I had placed an online order and picked it up and returned home. Upon opening the bowl, there was practically nothing in there. No sour cream or guacamole, barely any beans and only lettuce. In the sauce container there was barely anything. I had paid $15 for this and the chips. I returned and asked them if they could possibly remake the bowl but the girl at the counter told me no, this is what I ordered and so this is what I got. I asked them to open the bowl and check but they refused. I then asked if I can get a refund but she told me no, there is nothing they can do and I have to leave. Extremely rude and disappointing because I get food from here often. These photos are from when I opened the bowl. Worst chipotle in the area.

The counter was wet and had pieces of food on it. The worker wipes the water and pieces of food off the counter with her hands to the floor and then proceeded to make my burrito before passing it to the next line worker. It was sooo grosssss. The new place does look nice though! Inwould suggest food prep safety and sanitation.

I don’t know if it was because of the BOGO deal on Thanksgiving eve but the employees were in a very poor mood. When it was time to add protein to my 2 burritos they had nothing left just when the employee got a refill of chicken. Before I could say anything the employee started putting chicken in both burritos. Her constant response was “anything else… anything else”, she did not seem interested in customer service this evening. Then the other employee working the add ons also had a poor attitude, she was moving fast as if to try and get me out of there. She poured a lot of sour cream into the burritos and when I asked if they had any lettuce she said “no” in the coldest tone and started wrapping the burritos. The utensils station had no napkins stocked. The attitude could have been significantly better at this Chipotle. I don’t know if its a management issue or what but corporate should inquire into this olace given its relatively new and has a lot of 1 star reviews, now another.

This review is not about the food. Their food is great always hot. This is about their pick up window. I ordered online on November 6 and when I got up to the window, I couldn’t help but notice all the splatters of food, sauces, etc. underneath they take out window. It looks like someone just threw a bunch of hot sauce and food all over the area about it 3 foot wide area underneath the takeout window. It was pretty disgusting and for a few minutes after picking up my food and driving home I couldn’t get the mess out of my mind. Management should really have someone cleaning that on a regular basis.

Holy crap. I am BEGGING this store to maintain some sort, any sort of basic hygiene. I found the first hair in my 2nd bite. Disgusting, but I just paid 20 dollars for a burrito and haven’t eaten for 24 hours. I’ve had about 5 bites and 3 hairs, I kept thinking, no way there will be another, and then there’s another. They are long, black, curly? I went from starving to lost appetite. It’s not hard to pull your hair back and care even a little about getting your hair in people’s food. It happens, but 3 hairs in 5 bites is insane, I’m sure there’s more. And it was my first time there lol. Won’t be back obviously.

Food was fine, but the employees all just disappeared between helping the customer in front of us and helping us and we stood there waiting for someone to come back for like 5 minutes before I finally called out “Hey is anyone working the counter?” at which put a girl came out and was extremely rude and snarky towards us!

Unfortunate experience. Employees are not kind or welcoming. Waited almost five mins to be acknowledged in drive thru, greeting was “name?” Just not a friendly or great experience. Food was meh.
