Just ordered food through door dash. Open food. Huge long hair right laid on top. Like it was put there. Not mixed with food. Disgusting and food was cold. Don’t order here. Totally gone down hill

First of all, the service was AMAZING. I came in having had a long work shift and wanted a quick meal. The place was really busy however since they had a lot of people. Nonetheless, the two ladies who attended me, Alexia (and I forgot the other one’s name but she had curly hair), were such amazing people! They gave everyone, including me, great attention and served excellent customer service. I was very satisfied by their hospitality and will definitely return in the future. Not to mention how delicious my meal was! I 100% recommend to everyone. And if those 2 ladies are reading this, thank you so much!

The Highs: The Chipotle App and the Burrito Loading parking spaces are very convenient if you want to grab and go. That’s the only way I experience Chipotle actually. I don’t think I’ve ever waited in line and ordered real time here lol.
The Lows: For the most part, the food is consistently good. Sometimes, if you pre-order for a future time, I can’t prove it but I’m pretty sure they still make it right away so it might be room temperature when you get it. Chipotle bowls are so annoying to reheat by the way.
The In-Between: As I mentioned, I typically don’t interact with the people that work here outside of whoever is handing out the online orders. Those folks are usually pretty nice and will pause what they’re doing to acknowledge me and grab my order. It’s usually pretty busy in here and looks clean from what I can tell.

Ordered online for pickup. Half of what I ordered wasn’t even in my burrito bowl. Asked for fajita veggies and extra corn salsa. Had only two kernels of corn and ZERO veggies. I will not be returning, as most Chipotle restaurants already pull this stupid stuff and I hoped from previous visits that this location was different. Do not go here unless you enjoy being ripped off!

Went here early shortly after they opened that day. Very little customers this early so there was no wait in the foot line. The portions were certainly smaller here compared to other chipotle locations I’ve been too, it is possible they give out less at this location because it is in an area with high amounts of foot traffic during and after noon. Service and workers were great just as I’ve encountered throughout all of the franchise’s locations. For those who have never had Chipotle before, I would consider getting the quesadilla(mobile order exclusive), burrito, with carnitas or chicken or one of there other meats.

We’ve visited this location multiple times and while the food itself is usually fresh and flavorful, the experience has been inconsistent—especially when it comes to service and portion sizes. Whether ordering in person or through delivery apps like DoorDash, we’ve noticed a big difference in how much food is actually packed in, and how attentive the staff is depending on the time of day.
What we liked:
• Convenient location with easy access and parking
• Familiar go-to options like steak bowls, chicken burritos, and fresh toppings
• Quick service when the line is staffed properly
What could improve:
• Inconsistent portions—sometimes generous, other times noticeably lacking
• Staff energy and friendliness vary; some visits feel rushed or inattentive
• App/delivery orders often arrive missing items or packed sloppily

I ordered a burrito (standard carnitas, rice, lettuce) from here and the burrito was literally 2 INCHES in diameter and 5 INCHES LONG. I INCLUDED PICS with a tape measure. this thing is an absolute joke. I paid 17 dollars for this. Absolutely infuriating. I called the store and since I ordered it through an app they said they couldn’t do anything. Never going here ever again. Waste of money.
Edit- it looks like chipotle replied to this review saying to go to their website. I did that. As soon as I mentioned anything about ordering through a food app they said they took no responsibility. So thanks for that.

The dinner line was a bit long but when it was my family’s turn to choose our food, we were pleased at the options we had to make our bowls or tacos how WE wanted them. The steak bowl I had was spicy and filling, my husband polished off his chicken tacos in a hurry, and Chipotle has some new fans in us.
