I ordered takeaway. They put very little beef, rice, and avocado in it. They forgot to add white sauce and cheese. When I come and order at the counter, they always make large portions.

First time at Chipotle and it was great. The food was great with just the right amount of spice in the salsa that I added to my barbacoa beef bowl. I liked being able to just tell them what I wanted in my bowl. We added on chip, queso blanco, and salsa. We also each got drinks.

lady at the front with the gold nose and ear jewelry cant follow directions i ordered two burritos and a bowl i said no beans for one of the burritos plus no beans for the bowl and they literally all have beans
plus i had two different employees working on my food which i understand i was ordering for three people but there was nobody behind me i even let someone go ahead due to the amount i was getting but with both of them talking over eachother and both asking me questions it was overwhelming idk how neither of them heard “no beans”

I walked out without my two burritos and salad tonight due to poor service. While the food was made, I didn’t leave with it because of the attitude from one of the women working. They were out of corn and salad, and when I asked about it, I was told they wouldn’t have either tomorrow either. I didn’t arrive 15 minutes before closing, this was 2 hours before closing, and it felt like they just didn’t want to put in the effort.
It would’ve been nice if they’d told us upfront that they were missing key ingredients, so we could have made a different decision. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide to stop supporting this business.

The food was very good, as expected, but the service was a mixed bag. The first person who served me acted like she didn’t want to be at work. She was very unfriendly, and flung one of the fillings onto my tortilla before handing my order to the second person. By contrast, the second person was very friendly and helpful, and almost seemed embarrassed by her co-worker’s attitude.

Yual is on fiiiire! Every time I come in when he’s working, I got food in hand, paid, and out the door in 30 seconds, not even exaggerating. You just tell him everything you want at the beginning, and he’s a million dollar machine, bam bam, bam smam! and its always CORRECT! This man knows how to multi task, be efficient, AND not make mistakes. I manage a crew of 8 employees and would love to have Yual. This man better get promoted into a position where he can utilize these skills. Comes to think of it, I might just take him of your hands Chipotle.

We have been coming to this restaurant for years at this location and it is always consistently a delicious meal. During the pandemic it appears they have excluded dine in seating and focused their orders around pick ups from the phone and online orders.

Although we get their food maybe once a week our order is correct most of all the time.

I go to here all the time and they are pretty good. Theres sometimes a guy who puts very little of any scoops of food and usually at the front but he will add more if you just ask, but every other person who is on the front puts perfect portions so overall its great. Theyre all polite and the food is always good
