My local Chipotle store, my kids ask to go to ‘the pepper restaurant” at least a few times a month. They demolish the fresh made tortilla chips and guacamole. Great portion sizes. I typically park by the Round table and AAA office, rather than fight with a bunch of people that can’t color between the lines in the main parking lot.

Ordered crunchy tacos and they wrapped them in foil. By the tome I got home they were all broken. Seems there were new employees with no one next to them training. It was busy and not worth it to make a fuss. And on top of that tacos were not made correctly. I unfortunately felt disappointed with my visit and felt I didn’t get what I paid for.

This Chipotle is the most convenient for us, so we visit here regularly. If I remember to, I try and order online as it can get pretty busy. When you order online you don’t have to wait in line, just go right to the cashier and boom, done.

Terrible customer service went in there with the gentleman that was in front of me. We both tried to order our burritos and the cashier would not take our orders because we were paying with cash said we had to order online would not call the office to try and fix their computer system. Terrible. Terrible terrible I even offered to leave extra cash just so I can get my food.

I ordered online. Asked for extra everything and paid for extra meat. When I picked it up and got back home I realized there was no meat and the bowl was packed half-assed. How hard is it to read? This is the second time this has happened to me at this specific Chipotle. I’m not going to give them another chance to do it again. Freshmex right across the road would never do anything like this ever.

Although, in general a great place, I would advise against going in after 8 PM. At that point the manager becomes more focused on shutting down and ignores customers. I ordered online. Got there at the designated time. Stood there for 20 minutes. The only person who reached out was a trainee. Finally got the attention of the manager. She said “oh yeah, we’ll get to it”. 10 minutes later she hastily made my order while bossing the trainee around. She had not changed her gloves between slopping trash in the back and making my order. Sort of threw it at me when done. I was a bit reluctant to eat it after all that. This is not the first time I’ve had this sort of experience at tbat store. Go for lunch or early dinner only.

I will never be back to this place again. They are ripping us off. I asked for a second portion of meat. They charged me $6 for literally not even exaggerating 5 small pieces of meat. Almost half the cost of the burrito and when confronted the staff just said yup that’s how we charge it. I will never be back.
