It’s chipotle and you know what to expect. Nhia was super awesome and made my burrito perfectly. It was busy but she did everything efficiently and a timely manner. The place was clean and was not too loud. There were so many grilled meat going on and it looked so good. Not far from Lake Natoma.

Boy oh boy, my review of this Chipotle location was going to be absolutely savage as we had several AWFUL experiences with ingredient quality, portion sizes and items not included in delivery orders. However, I highly suspect this location changed management sometime in 2025 as recently the experience has been much improved. Now the service is accurate, portion sizes generous and less issues with ingredient quality and taste. I will say however that ever since Yum! brands bought Chipotle….the food is just so mediocre, it tastes just enough like Chipotle to pass as ok, but its a far cry from how it used to taste just 3+ years ago. Theres just no flavor and it tastes like generic slop. The guac still slaps tho.

Was my first time going to Chipotle. I had only seen a commercial. But what I ordered was the carne asada bowl and it was fantastic . I was extremely pleased. Also the cashiers/ employees were very friendly and very courteous. Was a great experience and the food was fantastic and the sizes of the bowls and burritos were too notch. Thank you for a wonderful experience. l definitely recommend Chipotle . YUMMY

I will never go back to this chipotle again. Management can’t even control their workers to be polite and nice and do their job properly. I had the worst experience with one of the employees I was there picking up my own order and somebody else’s order and he looked at me and said OK with a smile on his face walked away and started doing other stuff. I waited for five minutes before I then asked the cashier if they had my orders and the cashier went and got them. They’ve been ready and they were ready when I walked in the young kid just snickered at me and I said thanks for nothing and he just kept snickering. That’s how people treat people at this chipotle very rude. Never again as a matter of fact, I think I’m just done with chipotle altogether. I don’t appreciate being treated like that and this was today at noon.

I visit Chipotle often but I was not impressed by the quality of food at this location. It’s not uncommon that they run out of food and on my most recent visit around 9pm, the rice was hard and inedible. I was very disappointed.

Bad experience person serving food needs to treat everyone the same. Because I don’t look rich like other people in line because I have a dirty shirt. Doesn’t mean you can give me a different kind of service and the smallest portions I have ever seen I am barely scraping rice across bottom didn’t give me any but asked everyone else is it enough or they want more

I love the staff and service of Chipotle in general and especially this location on Hazel Avenue at Fair Oaks. My order is little confusing as I order Vegan Bowl and they always take time patiently to customize only what I need.
Today, I had 3 different veggie bowls and each slightly different, so in that process they charged me for only 2 bowls instead of 3. While driving back home, I realized they did not charge me for one, I went back and explained them to take the payment for the other bowl and the store manager was so nice and did not even take the payment saying you are good, you are good!!
I really love the staff at this location and every time I keep thinking they are all so gracious in making customers happy.

They were giving me horrible portions. I got literally. 10 pieces of steak and i had to ask for 3 more handfuls of cheese because he was grabbing pinches of it. I’m really disappointed and will not be coming back here.
