I work at a school near by and I took a chance a mobile ordered from chipotle today. Big mistake because this is what I opened up to mind you I paid extra for double chicken Al pastor and this is what I received worst chipotle bowl. Almost looks half eaten.

Never seen such a messy Chipotle before. We got inside exactly at 10:45 and the space was dirty, tables dirty, overall space had crumbs/trash pieces. Where they prepare food, that area was messy and did not look appealing to the eye. They really need to emphasize on cleanliness since they’re serving Food!

Meat portions are pretty bad. Bowls are all over $10 now and they don’t even put a decent amount of meat on–its like half what it should be. She dropped the measly amount of meat on top and I kindly asked if she could put a little more on, then she asked me if I wanted double meat and I looked in the meat thing and there wasn’t even as much in there as she gave me. The meat I did get was mostly fat. Sad

I ate in at chipotle. They print the bathroom code on the receipt, which seems like a great way to give restroom access to customers only. The only problem is that this is now the second chipotle where the bathroom code on the receipt is incorrect, so I have to go bother an employee to get the correct bathroom code. In this particular chipotle case, they wouldn’t even tell me the code, instead they key it in. That means I have to bother them twice just to wash my hands. I get why they do this, but it’s a very bad customer experience.

After placing a mobile order for a quesadilla 2 sides and my side of chipotle vinaigrette (so 3 sides) I go inside to pick it up and they said they don’t have any vinaigrette, didn’t know what it was, nor did they offer me a substitute side.
Disappointed to say the least because I would have never ordered a quesadilla if they informed me on the app that they didn’t have any….
Then I get home after already being frustrated and they put the fajitas on the side and not in the quesadilla!!!
A lazy employee or an untrained employee either way, do better

INHUMANE Treatment! Came here once, ordered, dined in and got some work done during lunch hour. After I finished eating, I asked for the restroom code. The worker stated, its on your receipt. I stated, “I dont have my receipt anymore. I threw it away just as I paid.” She said well you cant use the restroom without it. I said but you know im a paying customer because you saw me pay and dine in. She stated I know but if you dont have your receipt Im not gonna let you use the restroom. This made No sense. Nearly almost going on myself and doing the dance when trying to hold it in as a grown woman in front of other customers. I ran back to the restroom hoping someone would just come out. No one did. I went back to her and asked can she just open it for me if she doesn’t want to say a code. She refused. Finally after a few more minutes of us going back and forth, she states, I’ll open it for you but I wont tell you the code. Makes no sense as thats what I asked her to do minutes ago. Complained to Chipotle but got the same generic response everyone else is getting here on google. What a way to treat your paying customers and working professionals….anyone!

With all do respect……… no one cares, no one values customer service no more This Chipotle is ABSOLUTELY horrific, from the messy presentation of the food, customer service and I don’t care attitude from the staff. Even though they needed to clean around the food and put out some fresh food, I still decided to give them a try (plus) I had been working ALL day & was tired….my family needed to eat. This chipotle location has bigger portions from the ones I have visited in the past. Enough chips for 3 on the big bag. I have asked for extra broth and they did not hesitate to do so. I liked the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Over all I will definitely come back and of course recommended.

Honestly, these people can’t get it right. They definitely have their good days when the workers care what they serve and there are days when they don’t give a rat’s behind. Chipotle food is okay but once you get to the end of the line, make sure to smile to compensate for the bad energy of the workers.
