Dear Chipotle, when I order an entree of steak tacos, I expect steak…NOT FAT.
You can’t chew fat. You can’t eat fat. It’s disgusting and gross.
Now I’m out $13 bucks and I have no appetite to return to Chipotle.
You guys used to be high quality and were always better than any Mexican restaurant about trimming the fat. I typically order food there at that restaurant 3-4x per week.
But not anymore.
It’ll be at least a month before I have an appetite for Chipotle again.
—let’s hope you clean up your act before then otherwise I can promise you I won’t be back. I’m tired of ordering steak tacos with half the steak being just fat.

The person who made my taco was very kind, along with the cashier. In my opinion, these had to have been the most upbeat Chipotle location I have been to. Portions were solid, tables were almost perfectly clean, napkins and sauces were stocked, and the chicken was tender, nothing to complain about here. Good work Chipotle team!

Customer service was not great, was not busy and the guy was rushing us to order. He also had gloves on but went and touched all kinds of stuff to fill some empty ingredients and then continued to use the same gloves to prepare our food. The bathroom was disgusting and there was no toilet paper and pee all over the floor and toilet. Every single surface was disgustingly dirty. Every table was covered in food. The kitchen where they prepared the food looked like a bomb had went off. The glass where the food was looked like it hadn’t ever been wiped down. I really think they need better management making sure this place stays clean. The trashes were so over full nothing else could fit into them. The floors were so gross too. This location always looks like this and honestly the reason I never want to eat here but my family insisted and I honestly lost my appetite after walking in there. It was so dirty we ate in our car..

Me and my four homies went to this amazing chipotle. We ate like kings and we are kings. The authentic Mexican food filled up our bellies and prepared for us for the upcoming car ride. Ordered through the online app and was given a completely different order. Decided to go back as mistakes happen and they sent us home with the wrong chipotle bowl order AGAIN! Wasted gas and time driving back there and now my spouse didn’t eat as he doesn’t like bell peppers. He paid extra for
