I came here 20 minutes before they closed. The place was clean and the workers were nice. I got the chicken burrito with chips and guacamole. My food tasted fresh and delicious. I would definitely come back here again.

I’m pretty disappointed with this location. I went to grab a quick dinner tonight and am not too thrilled about it. It was kinda busy, so I understand how it can get when it’s busy. I got the bowl with the new chicken el pastor, which was fine. I realized when I got home that I was charged for queso, which I did not add on. I should have checked the receipt while there but was in a rush, so that part is on me. When I started to eat, I felt something hard which threw me off. It looks like I got a part of the avacado seed in it, which I was not thrilled about at all. It also is pretty upsetting considering there is an extra charge to add avacado. I probably wouldn’t recommend coming here as the first option.

This chipotle cannot get an order correct. It’s not rocket science to read an order off of a piece of paper but for these staff members it seems like they never passed the 4th grade. Every time I order here it’s wrong. Now with the new chimichuri that I ordered, they just flat out didn’t include it in my order. Don’t order from these jokers that can’t read or follow directions

The young man cooking came up to the counter and ask me if he could help me with what seemed as an attempt to intimidate me. I thought he was going to start my order. The other young man doing the servings said that he meant what was I doing taking my photo of the very backed up cleanliness of the kitchen. I told him his grill looked horrible. His excuse was he just took off the meat. I’ve never seen a grill like that let’s just say 40 years. Even when I cooked for Chipotle we never had our restaurant like this one was. I’ve been to Chipotle in a lot of other places and states. I know my way around a kitchen working as a young adult. My first job for someone other than my family was in a old school drive up hamburger hop. I earn that job and was the cook at 14. I’m writing this not to put anyone down. Just saying I have been around a kitchen to know when something is pretty bad. I also didn’t think any type of intimidation or hostility was necessary. It did not have any effect that may have been the goal. Pots and pans were in desperate need of attention. Maybe they were short handed or something. But the grill should never look like it did. I know from experience that Chipotle has high standards and any regional manager that would have walked in would be not be happy….. I was just very surprised. The photos don’t show how badly it truly was.

I’d never experienced racism before, but at Chipotle Mexican Grill, this young man served me very rudely, and he didn’t serve a white couple that way. How sad that they’ve been like this since they were so young. They discriminate and racist toward Latinos. I’m not going back.

I ordered dinner through the app, and the food was made 17 minutes later than the time promised. And to make matters worse, our order was incomplete once I got home. The worker making the food was extremely slow, and the pick up line was growing. During a busy dinner time, a worker announced that they were out of white rice, and it would take 20 minutes to make. People in line left. This team was not adequately prepared nor was the restaurant clean. The restaurant floor and tables were dirty upon arrival. Overall, this was a negative experience, and we would be foolish to come back to this location. Never again.
