My brother placed an order through the Chipotle app — one chicken bowl and one steak burrito. What we received was completely wrong. Instead of a burrito, I was given a bowl, and to make matters worse, neither order had any meat at all.

How does an order labeled “chicken” and “steak” somehow arrive with zero meat in either item? This level of carelessness is unbelievable. If I can’t rely on Chipotle to deliver even the basics of what I paid for, why should I order again? I better be receiving a refund when I contact them tomorrow.

This Chipotle is basic. You get served but not particularly great service vibe. It’s not very neat in the dining and soda area, but it seems clean. The meal portions are average. The area they make bowls and burritos are kind of messy. But it’s all good for a decent Chipotle burrito bowl meal.

Quick summary: MOLD spores found in food, less than appropriate portions even when ordered extra lettuce and corn, do NOT recommend this location.

The pictures speak for themselves, but I’ll share my experience anyway. My wife and I have ordered for pickup three times at this location, and every time, we’ve let it go and given them the benefit of the doubt. But all three times were not up to par. I ordered a steak burrito bowl with extra lettuce and corn, and this is what I got. It straight up looked like leftovers and doesn’t even have half the remnants of a regular burrito bowl. Disappointed because we are paying customers and are not getting the value from this location. Drive a little further and go elsewhere because this location needs help. Hope management improves on their customer service.

And upon eating my food, I found greens with mold spores on them. Absolutely not going back to this location.

Serving was very small. I was the only customer in the store and in my experience the other locations always give extra white rice & corn. It was nearer at my gym. Today, I ordered the plate I regularly get. My bowl was majority lettuce. I asked for a little bit of lettuce but was surprised when she grabbed almost 2 handful of them. I asked kindly to reduce it, she did but still majority lettuce no meal when I ate at my house. Never going back to this location again, and would never recommend

Nester and Bryan are rockstars. Excellent, friendly customer service. My wife and I have had terrible experiences at this location years ago both with regard to the food and the service but were hoping it had changed and gave it another chance. We were not disappointed today. The staff here is friendly and the food was clean and without bugs! Again, huge shout out to Nester and Bryan at this location!

I will not recommend this place, very difficult to enter the lot due to In/Out burger traffic. If you are lucky to find parking this place is often out of lettuce, fajita veggies by 7pm. If you want to still pay full price for missing ingredients then do try it!!!!!!

This place is hit or miss, and today it’s a miss. Went in and the store wasn’t busy. The staff looked miserable. No one smiling. I ordered a burrito, and let’s just say that I’ve had bigger and better burritos from Taco Bell. The rice looked like porridge so I only got a little bit, but now I’m wishing I didn’t get any. The steak that I ordered was non-existent. Not even a full scoop. The girl who fixed my burrito was new, and needs more training on how to fold a burrito because everything spilled out when I unwrapped the foil. The cashier gave me a free ranch adobo to try which was nice since I clearly wasn’t happy with my burrito. Was debating if I should just leave instead of paying $20 bucks for a burrito, large chips and guacamole, but I didn’t want to waste the food so I bought it. Then the cashier said “that’s the right portion size for all their burritos and bowls.” I wanted to test that statement, and went back in line for a burrito bowl to see if the portions were the same. I got way more food in my bowl. I think the girl was nervous to wrap a big burrito and that’s why my burrito was so small. I don’t go to the Chipotle in Valley Fair mall anymore because they never give full scoops on anything, and they argue with the customers that they’ll charge them if they ask for more. I’ll give this place another shot, and maybe just stick to a burrito bowl.

The two workers were very friendly and the best part of the visit.
The carnitas were dry, salsa was not flavorful, the rice was not made to recipe, and the cashier handled the lettuce on my bowl, completed my transaction at the register, then handled the next customer’s food WITH THE SAME GLOVES.
Tables were dirty and the hot sauce was empty.
Probably the worst Chipotle I went to. Understaffing and underpayment play large roles in these situations.

Food quality is not what it used to be. The rice is horrible. The chips are hard and not crispy fresh. I remember when the chips were heated.

Staff needs to do a better job of cleaning surface areas.

The guy making the brisket and steak was awesome and was very careful with washing hands and using gloves..5 stars for him.

The cashier was super helpful in answering questions and helping people download app. 5 stars for her. My visit was Halloween day in mid afternoon.
