The workers here ration out ingredients and give SMALL PORTIONS. The lady with tattoos was too busy trying to make the burrito perfect by centering everything. But gave me a smaller burrito and she didn’t cover the entire burrito in foil. The cashier looked at it and took 3 takes looking at it. They love to charge full price, but skimp out.
Next time, If they do this me or you, just walk out. Lesson learned. This location is inconsistent, the workers have made rude comments in Spanish in the past. Go to another location, so the owner learns how hire and train their employees.

Extremely disappointing experience. An employee was scratching her back and then continued working without washing her hands, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. The store hours clearly state an opening time of 10:45 AM, yet we were left waiting until 11:00 AM with no explanation or regard for our time. When the door was finally opened, it was done aggressively, as if it were about to be slammed into our faces. The lack of professionalism, basic hygiene, and respect for customers was shocking. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place.

Please be aware of the Asian Guy (with the round glasses) working here at the service counter first of all he is the most rude person amongst all the employees working here no work ethics no smile on his face or hello or hi to the customers on top of that he is making portion really small but that’s fine with me the game he played is I specifically asked him for 1 meat Burrito and he deliberately charged me for a smoked brisket bowl with extra steak and that too 5.80$ for one small scoop of extra dried steak which I believe is a rip off I really don’t know why is he working there when he has no work ethics he was so arrogant as if I was there to get some free food and by the time I realized I already left the place . Quality of food is really low with no taste plus the rude employee made our experience really worst please take your business somewhere else I’ve uploaded the food picture for reference

Went there on a Thursday night, around 7pm and when I got to the front of the line the worker told me that there was no corn, guacamole, cheese, or lettuce… I asked if there would be anything comped like double meat or anything, and she said no.. just asked if I still wanted to order. What a joke, I’m not paying full price for basically half a chipotle bowl…

Everyday I come here for lunch but always have a hard time getting in. There sign states that the open at 1045 but I always get her at 1030 and wait for 1045 but they never open on time. Which kills my lunch break. So why post that your open at 1045 but never open on time.
