I ordered a small 3 dollar protein cup and It ended up turning into a $15 huge burrito bowl. I wanted a little protein cup that was $3 and then they gave me a big bowl and I told them repeatedly that I don’t want that. They continued putting stuff in and I didn’t want to slow the huge line so I paid with a small complaint.

I have tried several times to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt, but this is the third time I have had an issue receiving all of the food that was purchased. And when I call the restaurant’s listed phone number, I get the Chipotle “help desk” instead of the actual restaurant. Communication is lacking for sure. My colleague picked up a catering order, and was given a large box and bags, and then after leaving the restaurant, realized that there should have been a second box. When he went back, was told that it hadn’t been ready yet…but he wasn’t told that beforehand or to wait or anything. When I tried relaying to the customer service rep. that this has happened before, and that I didn’t want my colleague to run into issues when he returned to pick up the rest, the rep. told me to “just don’t worry yet” like I would have to call back if the restaurant did give him problems…
If this was a one time occurrence, I probably wouldn’t leave a review like this, but again, this specific Chipotle has lots of problems; communication and not double checking that the entire order is ready, being two of the biggest issues, and it is sad.

Two bad experiences here back to back. Both times came in around 7:30 to get food for dinner. Was told both times I couldn’t order chips because they “only had chips for online orders left”. Staff was unhelpful and impolite about the situation. It just doesn’t make sense to me that they can’t figure out how to make/order enough chips that they run out before 8pm. On top of that the location is an absolute mess. Not super appetizing to come into a location that looks like it is not being taken care of.

I’m truly disappointed with this location.
Every time I visit, the staff is consistently rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the portion sizes are incredibly small – sometimes less than half of what l’ve received at other locations of the same franchise.
To make matters worse, the place is always messy and clearly lacking proper hygiene. Tables are dirty, the floor is sticky, and the overall environment feels neglected.
When you go to a franchise, you expect a consistent standard – in service, food, and cleanliness — no matter the location.
Unfortunately, this restaurant does not meet that expectation at all.
I hope management takes this seriously and makes the necessary improvements, because as it is now, this location poorly represents the brand.

As a Berkeley High student at this Chipotle location! Ordered the same bowl multiple times, prices were ALL OVER THE PLACE – $18, $21, $11, $11, $19… what’s going on?! Not once did I change my order or ask for extras Portion sizes were sketchy too, barely any meat. Feels like they’re taking advantage of students.

usually this place is pretty good but when i went today at around 2 pm the worker who served me gave me like 1/4 a portion of the corn i usually get and so i asked for more corn and he actually gave me 3 more kernels and then i said can i get some more corn and he was like no this is it “stop asking”. clearly has something wrong with him. not coming back to this store if this is the type of employees this store hires
