Store manager is very rude and unprofessional. I asked for a little bit extra meat and he stepped in and was very condescending. I asked him not to speak to me the way he was, he escalated the situation instead of having a good customer service attitude. He refused to serve me. He should not be allowed to speak to customers this way. I hope they replace him soon. Also staff has way too much time on their hands to gossip. They should be cleaning and sanitizing the store, it’s a mess!!

Place is a ripoff nowadays. Guy making the burritos is awful. Barely toasts the tortilla. Throws beans and a bunch of liquid into the tortilla without draining. Barely gives me any steak. Chips are stale. And the whole thing cost 20 bucks. I’m done with chipotle.

I went to Chipotle on Jan 29, 2026 in the evening around 6pm. There was a really long line which was ok. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl to go. When I got home, I found out that the majority of the chicken was uncooked. Clearly the person slicing the chicken should have known better. It was completely pink, slightly opaque and was slimy. I had already eaten a little and it was just a gross experience.

Another disappointing Chipotle experience. Walked in around 7:30pm to no line, and the person helping us seemed incredibly annoyed that we were there. Ordered a chicken bowl, and he completely skipped the meats and moved onto salsa. When I reminded him about the chicken, he put the tiniest scoop on top as if he thought it was already there. Everything was bagged up without asking if we were eating there. Napkins and all silverware are completely empty at the drink counter. All three trash cans are overflowing with large paper bags piled on top, and every table was dirty. I decided to just eat it in the car, and it did taste good despite the small amount of meat.

My sister went to this Chipotle location and had a really disappointing experience. The employee named Ryan Kohn (red hair) was extremely rude and provided terrible customer service.
Instead of being polite or helpful, he had an attitude the entire time — making her feel uncomfortable and rushed while ordering. There’s no reason for anyone to be treated like that, especially at a place that’s supposed to be friendly and welcoming.
We’ve always liked Chipotle, but this visit left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this issue and reminds their staff about the importance of respect and professionalism toward customers.

The location is great. You just take the exit and it’s there. The guys serving there are amazing and able to handle a big rush.

Unbelievably bad experience. I stopped in around 6:30pm and the line was practically empty — not because they were efficient, but because there was no food left on the line. The employees were rude, dismissive, and literally walked off mid-conversation while I was explaining why I was frustrated. No accountability, no apology, just attitude.
And to make it worse — not a single manager in sight. No one running the restaurant, no one stepping up to fix anything. The staff acted like they couldn’t care less whether customers were served or not.
This location is a complete mess. If this is the standard Chipotle is okay with, they’ve seriously lost touch with what made people want to eat there in the first place.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The restaurant was empty and all the employees were standing around chatting. All the tables were very dirty, food all over the floor, trash cans overflowing, and there were no protein options available. This store was complete chaos. And it was only 8 PM — a shame.

The food is okay, but the place is extremely dirty! There was food all over the floor, overflowing trash cans, and very dirty tables. We couldn’t find a clean place to sit due to the overall filth. The restroom was even worse, with toilet paper overflowing from the trash can. It was a nightmare! They really need to hire someone to keep the place clean. We used to go here quite often, but it has just gotten worse and worse. We won’t be returning in the near future.

I work at this mall and am usually always treated with dignity and respect at this location. However today was different. I ordered a 3 pack of tacos. The person making the tacos mistakenly put the wrong meat on one of the tacos. That was okay, they were really nice like usual. I said it was fine. Then I get to the register and literally 3-4 Mexican ladies behind the counter teamed up and started arguing with me and said I had to pay full price for each taco(instead of the 3 pack pricing) because the 1 taco had different meat. They would not listen to what I was saying or just couldnt understand me, I am not sure. I did not choose to have different meats. Its absolutely absurd. Then they started talking crap about me in spanish. I usually go once a week there for lunch but I likely wont be back as it is not worth the trouble honestly.
