Super clean, friendly staff, and non-stingy normal sized portions! Just as generous as the Dublin and Castro Valley locations. Counters were very clean and well-kept. Rice and all the other ingredients were very fresh. Quiet volume inside, good for conversation.

As a student at CSUEB, finding meals for cheap with good portion sizes is rare, I went 2 weeks ago on a whim after a long day at school and the girl behind the counter was very friendly and scrambling to find cheese as they just ran out. Given the opportunity I started to joke around and got absolutely HOOKED UP. I wish food portions would remain consistent especially on the cheap meats like chicken. She gave me a full scoop and a half and didn’t skimp on anything. Needless to say, they will get more customers if every customer that come through had a full scoop and then a half of what ever meat. Not crumbs and scraps of portions. Chipotle is usually hit or miss, but this time it was a 10/10

I order Online and they got my entire order wrong. They charged me $14 for beans and rice. No meat, no veggies, no cheese, and they forgot to add my salsa.
And when I called, their obnoxious AI customer support answered and was of no help.
The drive down there isn’t even worth their correction. Don’t order online. And be ready to wait 30 mins if you go in person.

Gave out wrong order and when I got my actual meal, the food was messed up and wrong. Quesadilla with fajitas, which are supposed to be inside which they always mess up and don’t do, and then 3 sides = beans, sour cream, corn salsa, which they didn’t give sour cream and put the fajitas in place instead. How hard is that to do correctly? Quesadilla was also burnt.
