I’ve been to dozens of Chipotles, and this, by far, has the smallest portions of any other location. I ordered ahead online, and received a little more than half of a typical generous burrito bowl at other locations.

Past 4 times I’ve gone the have been out of chicken among other ingredients and been in zero hurry to restock.
The workers are not trained properly and can’t move fast. One Employee didn’t know how to wrap a burrito and her boss had to fix it
The costumer service is also horrible the employees act like they hate you and their jobs, normally I would chalk it up to a bad day but four times without fail is obnoxious. One lady wouldn’t even talk to me I asked when the chicken would be back in stock, she just glared at me and the tapped a sign the said they where temperaliy out of chicken. Great. So helpful.
On top of being out of chicken and steak constantly they also under serve you I ordered a bowl and the portion didn’t even fill half the height of the cardboard part, I understand portions vary each time but my meal shouldn’t be have empty especially if I had to pivot from my plan because you failed to place the correct food order.
This is my local chipotle within a mile of my house so it says ALOT when I refuse to return again and opt. to drive to Walnut Creek instead.

Negative:
1. Dirty environment- When walk-in, noticed tables are not clean, lots of left over food on dine in tables, and drink fountain are is worse.
2. Not serving enough on my order – I ordered grilled chick with brown rice, black beans with veggies in a bowl. The portion of food was given as servicing for kid’s meal.
3. There were a few staffs working on a week day when visit, only one staff says thanks at check out, others were doing their own thing.
Sorry no positive review for this place.

Why do you only give me small portions? When I say I want guac, I want you to dump it on until I scream at you to stop. And when I ask for beans, I want beans not the bean water. And stop giving me the stale chips and the brown guac. And why was there one time when an employee put sour cream on my burrito when I asked for salsa. I’m very sad about all of this but I will still keep eating chipotle because I am the lord of the big backs.

Terrible service. The blonde guy working there is not helpful, but discriminatory and aggressive. All the other staff just seem to hate their job except maybe one or two. Don’t even get me started on sanitation. Some had gloves on, some had one, and some worked bare handed.

Sub par and has been for years. They struggle to keep trained staff despite advertising $19 starting wage. They are frequently out of items. Also apparently the tables are reserved for employees on break. Take out only at this location.
They need better management or shut down. Chipotle corporate shouldn’t put up with this.

The most expensive plain quesadilla of my life. Ordered one burrito bowl, one burrito, and a kids quesadilla. I got a kids quesadilla ($4.50 with two sides)with NO sides, and they charged me $8.17.
The burrito bowls looked like they didn’t have enough ingredients to make it through dinner so the beautiful mountain of goodness you typically get was, and I’m not kidding, not enough food to even cover the bottom of the paper bowl. They forgot half the food I guess? The high school kids working there are just trying to survive their first job, I totally get it. But I’m honestly shocked there was no management to help them through the dinner rush.

Maria was insanely rude and did not help me when the order did not work I tried to use my free entree and she said the system didn’t work and told me to just call customer service and did not want to help me at all horrible manger I would recommend not keeping her

Terrible experience today with white rice for my burrito plate! I got two orders and I swear rice was so salty I can’t even understand what possibly could have happened. I spent twenty something dollars and I got a disgusting extra extra salty rice. I will not be coming back. I do not recommend this place! Nikki, very unhappy customer
