This is the WORST location I’ve EVER been to!! I finally decide to make a review after multiple attempts to come here, failed and emailed their “entrepreneur” Alexis Simmons. This location is horrible and do NOT come here to spend your money!

Every time I come, they are out of ingredients and this is around dinner time. They used to close at 9pm and then extended their hours until 11pm. But WHY??!!?? They never have any food!!! Smh

3 days ago, I went around 7pm, and was told they were out of chicken and it would be 15 minutes. I returned and they said they were out of 3 meats now; chicken, steak, and carne asada and it would be 15 minutes again. Then, they have the nerve to have an attitude, because I told them that’s what they said 15 minutes ago. They tried to explain their food went to drive thru and people coming in. So…why don’t you just make more or enough food??!!?? …At one time smfh The cooked food sits in the warmer anyway, clearly, they’re busy. Poor attitude, poor customer service, poor training, etc…the list goes on and on.

This is just one incident from last night. Two months ago (Nov 2025), I had another similar incident. They were “out” of burritos, white rice, black beans, lettuce, fajitas, spoons, etc. I also saw multiple people come in and were told they had no food (named each item…which was at least 8 items) and they left…which can’t be good for business!

Anyways, I can go on and on about this disappointing experience! But more importantly it does not meet your standards and values!!!

So I emailed Alexis Simmons….no response! I had taken photos which I’ll post now. I emailed her again last night!

On top of that, this place is filthy and they do not restock! Their staff is not even eating there. They’re having McDonald from across the street. They had two people working at drive thru, one “cooking”, 3 staff cutting/prepping food (what food??), 2 people at their serving line and one cashier, so they do not appear short staff.

This place is mismanaged and younger employees, who are improperly trained (I believe). These are the worst (and I’ve tried multiple times) experiences and location for their brand!!! This place needs a miracle!!

I also tried to email the corporate and any other emails they have. It doesn’t work!! Their email address is a bounce back saying the email address is invalid. What a scam!!!

It was close to closing time and the place was crazy packed. I was impressed by how well the staff kept it together and still took care of every single person. The food was delish. No complaints at all. I did eavesdrop on a dramatic venting session but it reminded me of an episode of Below Deck. Honestly, gurl, I get it. I was super pulled in and it was awesome entertainment. 5 stars all the way. Love this place. It deserves better than the average 3.1 rating that it currently has.

Past Thursday, Ordered via the app, drive through pick up. 5 items in total. 2 burritos, 2 bowls and a quesadilla 2/5 items were of normal portion size but when it came to the 2 burritos and 1 bowl they were surprisingly small. We are talking Taco Bell sized burritos and one of the bowls had hardly any toppings. This still left two family members hungry. Next time I’ll go back to the loan tree location where it seems consistency and portion size isn’t lacking. I guess that extra few dollars in profits on each items pays off if this is how this location prepares their items for pick up.

The food has truly dropped in value. The corporation requests employees to add so much rice and you don’t get much of proteins or sour cream even though you requested double or extra. Imagine paying $15 for a bowl of rice which truly costs $1.00. Stop overcharging and not adding proper portions for meat and other products other than rice. Geezz….

I ordered delivery through their app. I opened my burrito and took a few bites. It tasted fine (typical chipotle fair). However after I started unwrapping my burrito I found a massive gaping hole in the tortilla… To be clear this was NOT a rip. There was a semi circular hole about the size of the palm of my hand where the tortilla was just gone. There was no folded over tortilla either. It almost looks eaten or as if they used a tortilla that had a massive chunk missing prior to being rolled (again possibly eaten or just gross negligence?). Obviously, I was disgusted and I refused to eat it.

I called the this Chipotle and asked for a manager (something I HATE doing). The manager kept cutting me off insisting it was a tear (even without seeing the pictures) and cutting me off telling me that they cannot redeliver to me. Redeliver?! I don’t want to eat from that location again. This is bizarre and unacceptable. Either it’s disgusting or it’s gross negligence.

The manager kept offering to remake the burrito and have me come and pick it up. So, you’re telling me I have to; 1. Eat at a location I no longer feel safe eating at and 2. Eat the delivery fee and drive to their location after I have settled in for the night?

I specifically asked if I could have two Entree vouchers that I could use at a different Chipotle location, one to cover the dinner I can’t eat and the other to cover the cost of delivery. They said they would only replace the burrito. I’m disgusted especially because I have given them so much business with their over priced burritos.

This is sad. I have ordered both pick up and delivery so many times since this location opened. At this point it’s not just a “bad burrito” I feel disrespected and unappreciated as a customer.

The service at this Chipotle location is terrible. Customers aren’t acknowledged upon entering, and I was left waiting to pay because an employee prioritized chatting with a colleague in the back. Furthermore, the protein portions are ridiculously small! it’s like getting chicken from a wing, not a scoop. If their corporate budget for protein has decreased, it’s noticeable and completely unacceptable. I plan on contacting headquarters about these issues.

Placed order on mobile and showed up a couple minutes early, 3 people checked in after me and got their food first, after a 10 minute wait I got it, barely warm, pathetic portions, paid nearly 17 on a bowl and got maybe $10 worth of food with a tiny pile of chicken, and a sprinkling of cheese. Got about .5 oz of salsa with my chips and salsa order, terrible, do not go here.

Me and my partner went during the night, food was amazing, and employees where helpful! we both had a custom burrito which where huge! I have some breakfast tomorrow morning, this was our first time and the young lady who took our order helped a lot!

This seems like a common theme for this location, but the portions are ridiculously small. I literally have to ask double rice, corn and beans to get a normal portion. The guacamole they added was half the spoonful. The steak was small and half the portion as well. What can be done ?

Went in today for a burrito around 9:45, an hour and 15 before closing. First thing I’m told by an employee is that they are out of all meat besides chicken, no white rice, no lettuce, no beans, basically everything but peppers, chicken, cheese and some other toppings. And it’s not because they didn’t have the ingredients, it’s because they decided to clean/close the kitchen for the night AN HOUR EARLY. How are you gonna stop making food for the night when you still got a long line and have people’s money to take? $20 for a burrito and drink is crazy but if I can’t at least get what I want on it then I ain’t gonna stick around no disrespect to the employees, they’re just doing their job, but whoever runs management there needs to follow their operation times posted on the door. Even having added a “now open till 11pm” sticker to the door makes me laugh when clearly it means jack.
