This might be the single worst Chipotle in the entire fleet of stores. The cleanliness is beyond abysmal with food everywhere on the tables and all over the floor. There is a single person making food for a line that wraps around the store. The food is old and scraping from the bottom of the pan. Disgusting experience.

I love getting my bowl and the workers are kind. I definitely love getting my bowls before my lectures or classes because as a full time student sometimes it gets hard but they actually value you and your vouchers . Dining in out out is nice but be aware of rush hours .

I usually don’t write reviews, but this was ridiculous.
I went to this Chipotle around 9:20–9:30 PM on December 11, and I stood at the counter for a good five minutes. I said “hello” multiple times. Not a single employee even bothered to look up. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. They all just ignored me like I wasn’t even there.
If you don’t want customers, just say that.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to! They were out of chips (on a Tuesday evening at 6), and their specialty lemonades were all empty! There was no apology for being out of chips, just a statement of fact. It has left a bad taste for the Chipotle brand for me!

If I could give negative 5 stars, I would.
First, they added meat to my online veggie sofritas bowl order.
Second, when I went back to have the correct bowl made (this chipotle is 15 min away from my place), they didn’t even apologize.
Third, when I requested a refund and a free bowl (given that I’m a vegetarian who’s never eaten meat and eating the meat in this bowl made me really upset), I was told that I’ll get either a refund or another bowl.
Fourth, I was told that I won’t be charged for the properly made bowl, as if chipotle is doing me a favor by taking back the incorrect bowl and making the correct one.
This whole fiasco wasted an hour’s worth of my time, never going to order from this location again. Chipotle really needs to up its customer service and speak empathetically with customers.

I will drive past this location as well as the Geary location to go to a functioning Chipotle. At both locations employees do their best to not look at you and wait for someone else to do something. Its actually shocking

Here at 6:30pm dinner time and they are out of corn, fajitas, and beef. Half assed the guac and no warm tortilla. Nobody cleaning up, this table was left like this during our whole dining time, sure that’s from terrible other customers but overall place just feel dirty. Really recommend any other place to eat.
