From my recent experience at this location, I have to say that the entire staff truly impressed me. Despite the temporary unavailability of lettuce and chips, they more than made up for it with their exceptional customer service. One individual who stood out was Rashean, the cashier. Their outstanding skills and attentiveness while ringing up my order made the whole process seamless and enjoyable.

Normally never go to this sad excuse for a taqueria. But today my husband asked me to stop by and grab him lunch. I’ve heard the rumors of the skimping but experienced it first hand today. When I got to my husband and asked him his the vinegar sauce always this little his reply was what is that. Not only did they charge me two dollars each. It is a shame. When I asked the girl at the cash register why it was so little she laughed and the black guy with the dreads rolled his eyes and charged me again for it.

Ordered for pick up 7:10pm. Arrived 7:11pm. Was told to give her a few minutes while they get things together. Waited about 10 minutes then received food. Got home at 730 and my burrito is VERY cold! Like, makes no sense cold. Coca-cola taste really weird. 10$ for a rice burrito. Never again ♀️

I was in the neighborhood and was hungry. I walked to the restaurant only to be greeted by a sign that read, “WE ARE CURRENTLY TAKING ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. ” I sat down outside and downloaded the app. I ordered the Whole 30® Salad Bowl, Chips and Guacamole and a 32 oz fountain drink. The guacamole was off-the-charts salty, the chips were okay and the salad (pictured) was skimpy and overly salty. When I went to the soda dispenser, I found that none of the sodas had syrup – they all ran clear. I went up to the counter to tell someone about the sodas and was told that they we’re out of fountain soda syrup. I then asked why they had given me the fountain soda cup. A young man behind the counter said, “because you ordered it.” The look on his face indicated a clear attempt to answer my question and in no way came across as an attempt to be snarky. Another person told me that he would be changing the soda canisters. He asked me if I wanted a bottled soda instead of the then-unavailable 32 oz fountain drink I had ordered. Despite having paid an additional fee for a 32 oz drink over their “regular” sized drink, I accepted having no real choice. I was thirsty.

Was sketched out to eat the food after I ordered. The lid on my bowl looked clearly used. I ordered a salad and the lettuce was questionable, which is probably why there was probably no more than 10 pieces in the bowl. They also didn’t include salad dressing. Over all not an insulting visit, but definitely a bit grossed out by this location. I think the workers take very little satisfaction in their jobs.

Placed an online order and came across an employee which I found out later his name is Cory the only one making the online orders with no help of other employees.. he did great at getting out orders as fast as he could and stayed calm and patient in such a rush with no help. As I stood there patiently waiting for my order I witnessed one of the other employees having a nasty attitude with another customer by the customer asking “is this the order” showing him the bag and name of order online & him replying with “I don’t know I didn’t make it!” Instead of checking and rolled his eyes which I was not happy to see. As I was leaving I asked him his name and he did not want to share that info with me, I politely asked Cory his co workers name but the man said “Cory don’t give her my name!” Wow but you yell out Cory’s it’s okay he did nothing wrong. So as for 1 star that’s for the man who got our order out, thank you Cory for our food and for your patience you did great!
