I had a poor experience at this Chipotle. A young man with spider tattoos on Tuesday, December 9th, at 8:36 PM was extremely dismissive towards me.
I greeted him and clarified I was there to pick up an order. He seemed extremely confused. I asked if I could get sour cream on the side with my order. He was upset and bothered, then walked away.
I stood there, unsure what had happened. He grabbed a container, quickly filled it with sour cream, and passively slid it on the table, without a smile. I looked at him, a bit surprised, and he seemed to not want to deal with me.
I asked if he can put it in my bag with my order. He seemed further confused and irritated. He stared at me and told me, “It’s free.” I explained, “I understand,” and asserted, “He can put it together with my order.”
Again, he grabbed the sour cream and walked away. Then he demanded, “What’s your name?” Again, this was the first thing I told him when I walked up and spoke to him.
It appears he did not hear anything I said. When I smiled and told him my name, he frowned more and hid in the side area to avoid me.
Finally, I clarified and explained that I did not know why he gave me the sour cream without putting it in my bag. He told me he was extremely confused. When I further tried to speak to him, he quickly interrupted me and told me, “Have a good day!”
At that point, I think I felt extremely disrespected as a customer, misunderstood, and treated awfully.
The final issue was that the restaurant was unclean, the gloves worn by the employees were dirty, and the counters were messy.
I will not come back here.

It’s a shame, I live 5 minutes from this location. It is the WORST location of Chipotles out there. The quality of the food here is always terribe from freshness, portion and flavoring. The chips always taste stale or too oily. I’ve been getting my Chiptole fixes when I go to work in Palo Alto.

Updated: today the rice was uncooked. None of the tables were cleaned even though all of them were empty.
I ordered a veggie burrito bowl and they gave me one with steak. The food was not at all up to the standard. The chips were so oily that you can literally see the oil dripping. I am really disappointed with the service at this Chipotle.

This has been the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I ordered three chicken bowls… the food portion was not at all what it should of been. They were basically half the quantity of food of what it should be.
1. Only option to order was online
2. Only four staff members
3. The restaurant was filthy.
4. I waited 45 min for food to be done
5. The food was cold (chicken, rice and beans.
6. I ordered the fajitas on all three and all three were missing.
7. Chips and salsa were missing and I had to let them know.
8. The orders were not being placed in the order online shelve, bags were all cramped up on one little side table.
9. The to go bags were not being closed and folded correctly.. very messy looking
So basically this experience was horrible. I absolutely do not recommend this location. The owners need to properly train the staff on correct portions, food preparation, friendliness, communication, cleanliness are the most important.
I have attached two pictures..on one you can see the amount of chicken ( just a few pieces) the other one was basically half the portion of what it should of been. ..
Update: I contacted the complaint headquarters to make an official complaint. I did get a full refund.

I don’t recommend this Chipotle. It’s hit and miss at best. Last night, I had a burrito with Carne Asada that they are marketing a lot right now. It was super fatty and inedible. Also, they can’t seem to wrap a burrito right. Once again, my burrito unraveled and was a big mess right off the bat. This, combined with folks that seemingly don’t want to work there, makes this a bad place to eat.

Food was good. Eating area wasn’t the cleanest. We must have hit the high school lunch crowd so try and avoid the 12 to 1 time slot. We tried the bowls for lunch. Parking is ok. There was some outside seating available if it’s a nice day outside. Staff seemed happy and were attentive. Restaurant music was pleasant.
