Every server I’ve had up until this morning has been excellent, friendly, and understanding except for Jannett. Not only was she giving me attitude because I asked for a little more food after giving me half a scoop of rice and moving on but she would rush me and cut me off. After she got a good scoop of meat she shook most of it off and wanted to charge me double when I just asked for a little more. Management if you see this get her off the front and have her scrub every crevice of this place unless you want people to continue having a bad experience cause of her. If any other server is reading this you have been excellent. Don’t be like Jannett.

I was shocked to see how large the servings are. The food was fresh today. Most of the staff was very nice. Expect for one lady. She is ruder than rude. I asked for a cover for my bowl. She walked over to it and snatched it right up. And then shoved it at me all aggressively. If you don’t like your job, quit no need to bring your ugly attitude out in public. Stay home next time. This place would have gotten a 5 star review, but you can thank that employee for the 3 stars.

This is by far the best chipotle in Fresno. And trust me I’ve been to all of them. For years every time I come it’s the one time that I eat half of my bowl and I’m already full. All the other ones give such skimpy servings that I eat the full bowl fine

Can’t believe this place/location served rotten food to customers. Tried calling to speak to a manager, never got through to the actual place. I don’t want my money back just want them to take the item out, until they have fresh lettuce. Shame. I tried eating it but after a few bites I couldn’t anymore and tossed it. Everything else was good just the rotten lettuce.

I was really disappointed with the quality of food at this Chipotle. When we arrived we noticed that the lettuce on display was bad when we asked for fresh lettuce the got out a new tray however when my wife opened her bowl we noticed that all the lettuce was rotten. We tried to call the store to get them to pull the item but were just redirected to a call center customer service.

I was so eager to get a burrito until I walked in. No one greeted me and I stood at the counter for a few minutes, still no one approached me and I saw multiple employees walking around. One of the female employees even kept her back towards me and was taking her coworkers Dutch Bros orders. I am disappointed to say the least because even after standing at the counter for so long I left without my burrito.

The main reason I never get chipotle is for the same reason today why I’m doing this review. Servers suck at serving, the amount of meat in their bowls and burritos is ridiculous, if you wanna get a little bit of meat in your bowl or burrito then go to another chipotle location. Literally the portion of meat I got today was the amount of rice or beans you get on a burrito or bowl. Never again. Think I’m not being serious? Go see for yourself.

I’d put zero stars if possible. Food was subpar, nothing special about it. The service was terrible being that whoever put my salad together had the audacity to give me a few lettuce, little bits of chicken and a little bits of smoked briskets. Upon opening my order, I was asked by my coworkers did I order for pick up? I said yes. Then seeing the order amount everyone was shocked and even more shocking was the price that I paid and I tipped. Goes to show you that tipping did help the person who put my order together, have a heavy hand. It actually made their hand and spoon smaller. I’m told that they will give you more when you order there and if you film it, you’ll get an even bigger portion. I’m never coming back and I hope you don’t either. You work hard for your money and you deserve to go to a place that treats you right. Shame on you Chipotle. The rest of you be the judge of the pics. **Zero stars was not possible.

Love Chipotle! The flavors of the meats are always on point! The portions are really good, whether you eat there or take it to go.. This locations staff was really nice and patient.. Looking for healthy and satisfying, definitely go here.. Oh and they cater too!!

There was a live bug crawling around in a mobile food that I ordered. I just wanted to call this specific store to let them know but no one answered and instead was just automatic voicemail thing. Which is quite frustrating when I’m just met with automatic voice call. Otherwise the staff seemed friendly
