Its no secret that this Chipotle has been going downhill for a while… that being said, today I actually ate the single best bowl I’ve ever had from here. The steak was perfectly tender with little to no fat and was perfectly spicy. The workers were extremely nice to me when I walked in and all seemed eager to help me out and even though I was the only one in the store, they were quick and efficient without being rude! Thank you for stepping up Chipotle!

The food itself was enjoyable. However, the overall experience was unpleasant. The restaurant was filthy with trash scattered around the floor & tables when I had walked in. I had asked for a straw and the staff member helping me appeared visibly annoyed at my request and rolled their eyes before going to the back to get the straws. It was a simple request, but their reaction was not professional and disappointing.

Stopped by this Chipotle since we’re from out of town & I couldn’t believe how filthy it was. Garbage cans were over flowing with trash, floors were extremely dirty with food all over & not one table was clean!! Felt dirty just eating there. Good thing the bathrooms weren’t as dirty & filthy as the dining area.

This is the first time I got food at this Chipotle, yesterday Dec 28, specifically I got the Carnitas Bowl, and I got food poisoned! I had a terrible stomachache all night and fever this morning. I did not eat any other hard meal after the Chipotle bowl, so I am sure it was because of it. I will never come back to this location again.

This is by far the worst Chipotle place I have been to! When we walked in, I can already tell by looking at the dirty vacant tables and there’s hardly any patrons in the restaurant. The employees were not even busy, yet, they can’t even clean up the tables with crumbs and empty plates. We had to wipe down the table we used since not a single empty table was clean. The trash cans were overflowing and there’s nothing clean about this place. If I walk into a restaurant and this is what I see, I will turn around and walk away, however, my husband and I were guests and we just went with the flow. I ordered a burrito and the beef was dry and tough. Needless to say, I took a couple of bites and took my time to chew and eventually swallowed. It was awful and will never be back at this location!

They’re taking forever to get orders ready , not to mention their terrible customer strict management and lack of competence. It’s not fast food anymore when they take 20 minutes to get your food ready. I wouldn’t recommend it , employees don’t smile acting like their under pay. If you can’t do it , please don’t make us feel like you’re doing us a favor

I am very disappointed with the quality of food I got especially for what I was charged. Not to mention there was an avocado peel in my food. For those prices I should at least get good quality ingredients which these were not. The steak was very fatty. How do you mess up such simple ingredients? Do better.
