I’ve been a fan of Chipotle since before it was a chain restaurant, when there was only one location in Denver. So I have some experience in this realm. This location has consistently (for me) had the nicest staff. And every time I’ve eaten here, it’s been exceptional, except for last week. They made me a big delicious-looking bowl, but it was so salty, I could barely eat it. And I love salty food. I tried to test each layer to see what the problem ingredient was, and I’m pretty sure it was the hot sauce. Somebody had to have screwed up the recipe. I had to drink 5 gallons of water to clear that much sodium from my system. The staff was still very nice so don’t hold it against them.

Giving a one star for customer service. Placed my order for pickup drive thru as I am currently sick and could not go inside. I opened my bag to make sure everything was in there, I asked for all toppings to be put on the side and they were not. I told the worker at the window I was missing said items and she said it was in the bowl.. I told her it’s fine because I didnt want to go through the hassle of having her remake the order. I told her I was missing my tortillas as well and very rudely told me to go inside if I want the tortillas. Ended up just driving away. Company should reevaluate who they hire, problems with the food is one thing (that can be fixed!) rude workers makes us want to never return.

The manager was rude and unprofessional. I ordered my food and asked her for a side of hot salsa, which I do regularly at multiple locations and have never had an issue. But the manager took issue with it and said you need to be charged for a side of hot salsa. I then asked her why since I normally get one and she began raising her voice and said “fine SIR I’ll give you only one side salsa, what do you want”, then afterwards her and the cashier proceeded to look me up and down and then laughed at me and said “you have issues”.

Worst chipotle location I have been to. Ordered my family food about 30 minutes ago on 11/2/25 at around 6:30pm. Quesadilla was skimpy and sooo burnt, no cheese in my burrito i got, taco was stale and hard.

There were multiple insects in burrito bowl.
On 6/2/2024, around 3 PM. I picked up a burrito bowl at the Chipotle drive through. Once I returned home to enjoy the food, I discovered small dead insects in the bowl after consuming half the portion.

The food was good and service was fine. The only thing was I saw the cook sharpen the knife with a steel and not wipe it off before slicing meat.

I am very grateful that they opened a Chipotle in Ridgecrest. I got a steak bowl and a chicken bowl the portions were very generous of all the toppings.

I did not like my food. I got a burrito with the limited time carne asada. The burrito instantly fell apart when I picked it up, so I used a fork to eat it. The carne asade was good bit I feel like the flavors didn’t blend well. I ended up not finishing my food. My biggest problem is probably how crazy expensive one burrito with no drink is. The staff were friendly and the place was clean, but I’m probably not coming back.
