I’m convinced that none of the locations will ever serve a good portion or have fresh chips. The rice was not good. The chicken had no flavor at all. And I felt the service was rushed. I could barely say anything without being forced to move on. We have two new locations opening soon. I have no doubt that it will be the same until proven otherwise. I go to every location hoping for a better experience and paying a lot of money for two bowls, two izzes and chips. My total is always around $40+ and it’s disappointing at this point. This is the newest location we have in the AV and It felt no different in service or food quality unfortunately.

had the best experience at this chipotle location! all the staff were so friendly and my food tasted so fresh. i had the pleasure of eating in store and noticed that the restaurant was very clean and taken care of. i want to shout out alejandra for being such a great employee! she was very kind and made my whole experience pleasant. i will visit this location way more often!

Friendly cashiers, they work fast, it’s very polite. The facility is clean. A lot of police like to eat there. The food is good. You can sit down and eat inside, and it’s in a complex with a lot of other people. Shopping places like target.

In short, the people who work here have assumed that constantly rushing the work and pressuring the customers to order quickly is best, but it isn’t.
If they took more time to pay attention to their work and did it with quality in mind instead of speed, they would be more productive and create a more friendly environment for their customers. That would then attract more business and make them more successful overall. The culture here is clearly dominated by simplistic management principles and mentality. I was rushed to order my food by the staff, but then my order was halted multiple times because they had not resupplied thier ingredients, so it became a very rude game of hurry up and wait. When I expressed the way I had felt rushed during my order, the staff looked me straight in the eyes, but did not say one word in response. Its just immature and simple-minded service and I doubt I will return to this location for at least a long time to come.

I was going to make it two stars because my family loves Chipotle!
However, I have a reoccurring problem at this store in particular, and after reading so many identical complaints about small portions…I felt like sending a clear message.
That message is: “IF YOU LOVE CHIPOTLE…DINE AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION”, because this one is chronically cheap with the portions.
Please don’t take it out on the employees, they must do what they are told, or they can look for another job.
The problem lies in the simple fact that the Chipotle franchises drew us in with monstrous, heaping & delicious portions the first few years that we were introduced to them. But now…everything is up but the portions.
Today’s visit was no exception, thanks for not much of anything!

The workers are great, very polite. There serving sizes are very small compared to the west side bowl. I ordered pickup and when I got home my three burrito bowls were less than half full. They use a medium bag for chips but only have a handful of chips inside which is not enough for the guacamole. I will try them one more time.

This place ALWAYS Disappointed me and other customers… the bean are crunchy or they can’t wrap the burrito floor & tables always need cleaning. I told the little female Asian Supervisor about the water on the floor twice but nothing was done until I said if I slip and fall it will be Her fault. She got an negative attitude and only smeared the water and used a dirty towel to wipe the tables. The person who wrapped my burrito used her FINGERNAILS and punched holes in it. This wasn’t the first time I was treated like Crap but it’s the last TIME! The location on 20th Street is a little bit better… Was it Race Related?? I CAN’T SAY! Worth driving out to the taco stand on R and 30th instead–cheaper, better, kinder. My wife ordered $35 worth of food from her work location by accident and instead of just MAKING IT RIGHT, the way all Chipotles used to, they had her call a 1-800 number that DIDN’T WORK. Chipotle now going the way of Corporate Stalinism? Sad!
