The worst chipotle I have been too. They forgot a sauce I payed an extra $2 dollars for, and look at how sad this “wholesome Bowl” is compared to what they gave me.

The burrito was 85% rice (to save the company money) and the large order of chips were stale. I threw them in the trash for chips i already had from the grocery store. On top of this i paid for a $4 soda. This experience was so bad i will never eat at another chipotle again. Not kidding- i drove to a local business and bought a replacement burrito and tipped them $12. I was scammed by chipotle. Don’t let them scam you too. Support local businesses.

Worst restaurant experience that I think I’ve ever had.
I took my grandson there to get a burrito after his football game.
This was the final destination after the usual, “Where do you want to eat?” debate took place. I wanted the “tried and true” Chick-fil-A or Urbane Cafe, but since he won his game, he got to pick.
My first thought as I’m walking into this place was how nasty it looked in there.
Food on the floor.
Excessive food was scattered in the food area.
It wasn’t like in other food businesses I’ve been in where they have somebody preparing and refilling the containers. Containers for the various ingredients were empty or close to it.
So, we get in line. There was one other person in front of us. It seemed to take a long time to get served. There were, I believe, four employees. The guy that assembled my grandson’s burrito did a decent job. It was very large and had plenty of stuff in it. I ordered a bowl and it was put together decently also.
We sat down to eat our food.
There wasn’t a clean table in the place. There were no water cups.
There were no straws.
All of the napkin dispensers were empty.
There was ice pilled up under the drink dispensers.
Maybe they didn’t have time to clean up. Possible but not likely.
Sadly, while I was trying to enjoy my food, all I could focus on was how filthy this place is.
The food was good, but it made me wonder that if the rest of this place was so visibly unsanitary-looking, God only knows what’s going on behind the scenes.
We finished our food and cleaned off our table, figuring that nobody else was going to.
On the way out is when I noticed the trash cans overflowing. It was bad.
I’ve been to various Chipotles before, but never have I seen any of them look like this one. It was appalling.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I doubt that this was just an oversight and that it was too busy to tend to.
I just wonder how the local health department would have viewed this.
With so much competition in the “semi-fast food” world and with the cost of eating out so unaffordable, I just can’t imagine that the crew would not be on top of this sort of thing.
I spent nearly twenty three dollars on a burrito, and a bowl of rice.
Ultimately, it gets down to the management. I get it, the employees can only do what they are allowed or instructed to do. The management is just failing miserably, as far as I’m concerned.
I was a construction supervisor for many years. You are responsible for your people and your product. Plain and simple.
My wife, who loves to decorate, commented on how “stark and unwelcoming” this place looks.
Chipotle has been around for a while, and I just can’t believe I experienced this.
It’s very doubtful that I would spend another penny on this place.

charge $3.50 for a soft drink however when I went to the fountain drink machine, there was three stickers stating out of order, I tried something else it also was out of syrup, went to the register to get a refund, they stated only the manager could get a refund manager was making food however after 10 minutes finally asked with a problem is why they couldn’t simply give me a refund and finally hesitantly gave it. Extremely frustrating that they’re charging for stuff they don’t even have working or in stock and make a big deal about refunding money. If they were upfront and stated they don’t have things like soda in stock, I wouldn’t have paid for it or waste of my time. Horrible manager Sunday 1:30pm 11/30

The restaurant had two people inside eating and 2 people outside eating. Nobody in line before or after us. The place was filthy! They had around 4 employees hanging out by office talking and joking. Server came to make our burritos and never cleaned the counter before preparing our food. The one picture you can see him making my burrito off to the side of the slopped on mess. You can scroll in and see dirty grill. Every table inside and had food particles on it. Drink area lemonade empty, the other 3 didn’t have labels. There was spilled liquid, straw papers, napkins littering the area and floors. Food looked old, guacamole was almost empty, along with lettuce. We paid for food and promptly returned it, uneaten.

Want to thank the manager and staff at chipotle…I placed an order for a few items and let them know there was two orders that are for individuals with allergies and they changed out the utensils, got fresh food from the back…they did amazing about the cross contamination!! I know it can be a pain to stop and have to reset especially when it’s busy but I’m so so thankful for the amazing job they did!!

Echoing a recent review. We orderd two Carnitas Burritos. Both were 90% vegetables, salsa and rice. Almost no Carnitas. The last time we ordered on line was almost a year ago and the burritos were almost all meat. I agree, do not go here. I tipped in hopes of having a better experience but it made no difference. Support a local business instead.

Chipotle’s chicken burrito and steak bowl are seriously amazing! The chicken burrito is packed with tender, flavorful chicken, tasty rice, beans, and fresh ingredients, making every bite a flavor explosion. The steak bowl is a savory delight with juicy, well-seasoned steak and loads of yummy toppings, creating a mix of delicious tastes and textures.

Chipotle’s fresh and quality ingredients make these dishes a must-try for anyone craving a satisfying and tasty Mexican-inspired meal.

Ordered one veggie bowl n chips n guac and one extra guac through Uber eats. Veggie bowl was half empty. Full of rice actually. Half of the things were missing. The chips were missing. I was charged $30. Although the food all together wasn’t even worth whole $30 because of the amount. The bowl looked like someone ate from it before I got it. Didn’t get my money’s worth although I paid full amount of everything in result which I got half of everything. Workers gotta stop being stingy and act like their own the damn place. They be filling the bowl with littlest amounts of everything like there is lack of food in the back or something. I didn’t get the food I paid for.

Ordered ahead for the drive through pick up. We waited 10 minutes in line to get to the window and once we got to the window, we were forced to wait another 10 minutes before anyone would acknowledge us. Meanwhile, there was one employee filling chip bags and 3 others just moseying around. Our food was cold by the time we got it and they also neglected to give us utensils or napkins in our bag.
