The food heres always good but I was there last night I was attended by an elder lady in glasses her portions were horrible I got maybe half scoop of rice a full scoop of beans like half scoop of chicken a full scoop of mild salsa and a pile of lettuce I was just so dissapointed by her portions!

I feel for the employees here, they seemed very down, not happy, and definitely not friendly towards customers. I came in 2 hours before closing and nearly all of the meat was out, the drinks were gone, and behind the counter was very messy. It seems to me like a management issue. There were garbages overflowing, employees arguing, etc. Paying $16 for a bowl and a drink should lead to a much better experience.

I used to go in often and now I pass on it everytime because the service just gets worse and worse. If they’re getting new employees they should at least train them well because service used to be a lot better even last year. The portions are also terrible and the manager enforces employees to give that amount too! So ridiculous!! Waste of money.

For once, they made my burrito fat and with love. However, you have their head honcho manager(really tall/husky lady with glasses) monitoring the portions of salsa saying “1 scoop” that’s why I asked for 2 sides of salsa with my large chips. Come on don’t be skimpy on salsa of all things that’s crazy. It’s not a protein. It’s the little things that annoy me. The store in Visalia on Plaza fills my large cups of salsa to the brim and they’ll continue to be my go to store. Other than the portion nazi, food and service was great.

I wish i would have checked the reviews before I ordered because the staff here are something else. I ordered kids tacos for my sister and the food portion was so small that I had to ask them to add more but the response was it comes with 2 ounces of rice, ma’am if I am paying for extra hard taco shell i obviously want extra rice and definitely I can pay 0.50 cents for it but she didn’t even add and she didn’t even tell us that it comes with chips, when the cashier mentioned it the female staff seemed pissed. Please sell reasonable portion size.

I travel around the country for work and often stop at different Chipotle locations. My experience tonight was one of the best I’ve ever had! The employees were welcoming and friendly, and the woman who wrapped my burrito was a true pro. She managed to pack it full while still wrapping it perfectly—so well that every bite has the right mix of ingredients, which is something I usually miss at other locations. Great job to the whole team! I rarely take the time to leave reviews unless an experience is negative, but this one was so positive I felt it deserved to be shared.

Staff is pretty rude, always short on the portions (even for Chipotle standards). I’ve asked for slightly more chicken when they give me half a scoop and I get 3 extra pieces of chicken and they charge me for double. Very slow service as well, been in line with over 10 people and they still only have one person on the line.

I did an online order through the app for pick up . I paid extra for a side of guacamole which I did not get instead got a side of corn? Also I got added cheese in my bowl when I didn’t want any cheese . And I wanted my hot sauce on the side and got it in the bowl . I double checked and I did not order anything this way I noticed when I got home .

This was my first time trying chipotle, When i came in I was the only customer in the store and still ended up waiting more than 5 minutes for someone to come help me and by that time another person had walked in and one of the staff had gone on break and was waiting behind me in line. I made it clear I had never been and every question I asked was met with annoyance and just plain awful attitudes. They rushed me to order once they actually got there to take it because they were more concerned with getting their co-worker their food. I wanted to try the asada which is $15 after tax, and was given no more than 6 small pieces on each taco, I asked if that was all that they put on there and was told it would be another $8 for more meat, I didn’t bother seeing the base portion sizes. And because they were in such a rush to get me out of there, they put the wrong beans on my taco, but again I didn’t bother to correct them because they had made me so uncomfortable by that point, and they also did not put any cheese on my wives bowl even though I clearly asked for it. And on top of all that, when I got home (only a 5min drive or so) I started eating immediately and my food was stone cold and I had to heat it up along with my wives food, defeating the purpose of spending $40 for the “convenience”of getting fast food. It was two women helping me, one named Brook and another tall bigger white women with glasses. They were both absolutely awful and because of them I wont be returning. This was some of the worst service I have ever received, will just go to the store next time and spend $20 for the same ingredients.
