Worst service ever After getting rotten guacamole two days ago. Small cook big ego guy gave me the lamest excuse about it, after I told him I couldn’t even eat it. I asked if he can replaced it this time and this little mind person with zero business sense, refused. Not a big deal since $3 dollars won’t make me poorer or richer but for someone that owns a lot of Chipotle stock as well, it’s not wonder why the stock is not rising anymore due to the bad employees.

Loving this place even more. Food options are great. I usually get the salad (also called Burrito Bowl or Lifestyle Bowl). My salad is pretty much a tortilla-less burrito but I get every topping minus the $1 extra guacamole . This day I got a humongous carnitas burrito that I ate at Emma Wood State beach with the Wifey while watching the Sunset. Beautiful Combo! (FYI – the restrooms at Chipotle are super clean!!)

Worker gave me half a spoon of everything I ordered not even the full spoon couldn’t believe it. Definitely last time I’m coming to any chipotle paid 32 for 2 bowls and had barley any food. I think this is ridiculous.

Chipotle used to be a dependable meal, but the last few times I’ve been to this particular location (Oxnard at Victoria and Wooley), it’s been more like a snack as there’s been a noticeable decrease in the protein portions. Not sure if this is a directive from ownership/management, but it’s disappointing.
As an aside, the food is still good, but Chipotle could cut their salt content in half and it would still be on the salty side.

This is so disappointing. I ordered what’s shown on the first picture, but what I recieved is a total different order. Whoever works today (May 27,2025 from 12 to 1:40 pm) should get fired because this is not right at all. Not only that, I asked help from grubhub and what they told me is that they can offer me 30 day trial of grubhub plus and $5 for 30 days…which is not helpful at all if I’m craving for a certain food and on a tight budget. They dont even want me to return the food, exchange or a refund. I just want to eat!

I went in last night October 24th 2021 around 9:05 with my family … Alexander was amazing help, very friendly and excellent employee.. Ive been to a few Chipotles in the past and when I usually ask for a little bit extra some employees in the past have gave me the look of disgust of “EFF MY JOB” “WHY AM I HERE” “Ughhh” .. But when my family and I asked Alexander he did the complete oppisite by bieng proffessional and even asked if we would like more and wished us a great night .. Take a Look at My evidence of my burrito it speaks for itself trully is a work of art … This burrito would have knocked my grandma off her feet if I chucked it at her from 6 feet for not following the covid distance but luckily she wasn’t there and second I would never have thrown anything at her but It sure made me laugh writing this .. We had excellent service will be Back for More !!!!!!!

I had ordered a Chicken Rice Bowl. When the lady behind the counter was serving me, she barely gave me rice nor chicken. When I asked if I could get a little bit more chicken, they said they would have to charge me for extra with a attitude. I’ll be glad to let everyone know not to come to this location.
