Hello Chipotle Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally complain about a recent experience at one of your locations.
I ordered a family meal along with an additional side of guacamole. Unfortunately, both containers of guacamole were brown, unappetizing, and had a noticeably unpleasant taste. Given the condition and flavor, it was very clear that the guacamole was not fresh.
As a reasonable customer, I returned to the store the same day to ask for a replacement of the one-day-old guacamole. The employees informed us that “this is how the guacamole is” and stated that it is supposed to be brown. No effort was made to prepare a fresh batch, nor was a refund offered.
This response was extremely disappointing. Chipotle markets itself as a brand that prioritizes fresh, high-quality ingredients, yet this experience reflected the opposite. The lack of concern for product quality and customer satisfaction has left a very poor impression.
As a result, I do not plan to support this Chipotle location again. I would rather spend my money with a franchise that values the quality of the food served to customers and stands behind its product.
I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Absolutely terrible. Placed an app order and was terrible. It looked like our food was just thrown in the bowl. I walked across the street and it looked like the bag was in an accident or something. This chipotle doesn’t even come up on Yelp to write a review, just awful. Will never return to this location. Asked for a full refund, we will see if Chipotle will honor terrible expereience.

Crazy at it sounds I have never had Chipotle. Husband has. Ordered my first burrito for pick up. Carne Asada, beans, lettuce, salsa & cheese. All came cold in a cold tortilla. Was thinking the meat, beans and tortilla would be hot. Warm at least. No. Cold like from the fridge. 1st & last time for me. Husbands chicken burrito came hot.

In what world is this an acceptable size for a burrito. The taco was bigger than it. This is is the only Chipotle where the sizes can vary so wildly, and always lean to the absolute minimum size. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the Simi valley location to at least guarantee consistency
Update: oh look, I order a double protein burrito with no rice and I get DOUBLE rice and barely any meat.

Bad customer service experience. I placed an order online. When I got home realized they got order wrong. Tried to call restaurant , but they won’t connect you to store. Automated assistant only stating to send an email. I drove all the way back to store. Front cashier wouldn’t even ask why i was there, kept passing me up for other customers. I asked another worker there for help, he told me to wait while preparing several other orders. Waited a long time for assistance and they never even apologized for getting order wrong! Is there no customer service anymore???

Came in asking for a steak quesadilla. First they cooked it with cheese only then the worker started to unwrap it (after cooked) to put steak in it. I asked him to remake it and put it in oven with steak and cheese in it. Then came out very burnt and gross to eat.

Started out by confirming I wanted white rice and serving me not just brown rice but beans I never asked for. After fixing the rice I got my complete order with beans again. I didn’t mind too much so I left it and decided to order lettuce in my bowl for the first time. I immediately found a beetle crawling in my bowl while I was sitting outside but thought maybe it flew into my bowl while I wasn’t looking. Just to be safe, I digged looking for more which lasted about 2 seconds before I found another (dead) beetle in my bowl. After bringing it up to staff, they claimed that it had to be from the lettuce (if you know that, why is it being served) and that they wash it 3-4 times. Little did I know that this chipotles washing standard doesn’t eliminate black beetles the size of beans.

Proportions were small. And it seemed to take forever for somebody to help me in the line, yet there were three people standing behind the register. Meanwhile, two of them we’re just talking to each other. Customer service has really changed.
