This location constantly is out of items 2 to 3 hours before closing.
Tonight felt especially scammy and price deceptive. They were out of everything except for carne so not only are they out of product, the only one available comes at a premium. I asked about the up charge and was pointed to a menu that did not list the prices for the premium carne asada which seems super scammy. An already over priced 13 chicken burrito turned into a 18 dollar fleecing. Not listing the prices and then charging for an upgrade is wrong.
Nice enough staff but they desperately need to figure out stocking items.
I already reached out to corporate and the only response was that they will pass along a note to the location. There are plenty of other food options in this shopping center. Buyer beware

The guacamole is more than 1 day old, I am 100% sure of this! My child got a piece of old and rubbery avocado that she tried to bite into before she spit it out because of the flavor and texture. One of the pictures is me, trying to pinch the avocado as hard as I can. This restaurant needs to do better! So much for making their guacamole daily.

This place is always great!! I get the salad but put everything on it except for the hotter salsa. Drinks here are epic, sodas or other mixed choices that are healthier. They have an app to rack up points which I’ve never redeemed. Looking forward to my next meal here, it’s that good. My Server Candace was very helpful and kind, I could eat this meal again and again.

Tonight this spot just wasn’t it unfortunately. It was maybe 8:45 pm, they don’t close till 10pm line was filled up with plenty of customers. Yet they had very little available on the line for food options and extras to add on. Kitchen was shut down and they were cleaning it up already. Over an hour early? Bummer because I really do enjoy the food at chipotle. Workers were rushing and couldn’t even wrap a burrito up tonight. Salsa was all out, “run out of cheese”, lettuce was empty, no corn left. All the chips were gone. Place was pretty shabby. They asked for here or to go, after saying dine in they still put our food in a to go bag instead of baskets on trays. Thankfully what I did get in my burrito was good tasting. I enjoy the food, so I’ll definitely be back, still disappointing though. Hoping to be able to change/update review soon, do better please, or at least the bare minimum would be nice.

Chipotle is a good fast food restaurant. They make it easy for you to select your condiments for your meal. It is not a self served but very fast. The restaurant is clean and orderly. Paying for my food was slow. A little unorganized with the staffing when it comes to paying. Overall it is a great place to get fresh quality fast food to dine in or takeout. Good food for all ages.

My mom placed an online order for the family and once we got home we noticed we got half servings of everything. The burrito looks like half of a burrito and the bowl isn’t even filled. Just look at the serving for cheese. I will not be going back with disappointed we were from this.

Yup, don’t even bother. I ordered a burrito to be Freaking disappointed!!! Burrito had all brown rice no Carnitas and a few pieces of chicken. Sad when you ordered a carnitas burrito, and you get chicken. Management please train your employees to know what the difference is between the meats!!!

Same old thing pricey but good, they were rood, the homage drinks are put away 20 min before closing so the employees can get a head start UHHHH HELLO you close at 10 pm??, plus the kid at the register was super rood when confronted him about it, im never going back to this location
