Just didn’t order through Uber eats from here. I ordered a steak bowl and got no steak. It also appeared to be out together by someone who thought the spoon could only hold half the amount pretty lame. Usually it’s fine if you watch em I guess ♀️

It might be a bad idea for multiple employees to take their breaks at the same time. I showed up with my son who loves chipotle but he’s autistic and mostly non verbal. He usually likes to come with me to watch me order but today there was only one employee working and it seemed like 3 other employees were on their lunch break at the same time eating in the store. The line was pretty much stopped and built up behind me. The gentleman taking everyone’s order, serving the food AND working the register all at the same time was doing the best he could but my son got very impatient. I think the music might’ve been bothering him as well but I just wish the line would’ve moved more quickly but I don’t think it was possible considering only one person was doing what I usually see multiple employees taking care of. The food was really good. My son ate it up and I tried a few bites and it was really good. I just wish the experience was better in the line and maybe in the future the employees could do a better job spacing out their breaks a little bit so that they don’t leave one person hanging doing everything while the line backs up out the door.

I come to this location pretty often after my workouts and I just want this place to be welcoming to every customer. Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. Ever since table had trash all over the tables. I came to eat in and I had to wipe my table because it had sour cream and crumbs everywhere. Then I noticed some girls trying to clean their table with napkin but the napkin despenser was already empty by then so the girls walked out and took it to go instead..The patio was even worse. It was kinda gross to see from a customer view point…The trash cans were all full, spilling out onto the floor. It was very unpleasant to see as a customer because I’ve come to this location multiple times and I understand it could be busy but theirs no excuse to having a messy customer area! I just thought to myself, if the customer area is this messy, how’s the back of house (the kitchen)? Is my food sanitary? I just want cleanliness and nothing more. The workers are kind but we need a clean customer area. I saw a boy get sent to his break and sat in the lobby. I’m sure he noticed how dirty it was. I wish they would send the person that’s going on break to clean the customer area before taking their lunch/break. Please make cleanliness especially in the customer area a priority. I don’t want to have to go to another chipotle, I have much hope for this location. Please keep it clean for us customers.

Hello,
I did an online order for pick up and they gave me a really bad customer service. The order had to be ready at 4:40 and they made me wait 20 min until I ask for them to start making my online order because I was late. The plates where not even properly served (small portions) and the rice was raw. The lady on the register with blue hair then got my items in the bag and trow them at front of me saying “here is your oder”. I asked for the manager to get her name and the manager said they are not allowed to give out names for personal privacy . Worse customer service I will not be going to that chipotle again. I couldnt even eat my food. If I could I would give 0 stars.

I catered from this location for a family gathering and everything went smoothly. The food was ready on time, warm and delicious! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I also want to say thank you for Brandon for helping with our order. I will be retuning and recommendation this location.
