Went there at 1 pm and both black and pinto beans looked dry and old (see poc). When asked if they could make fresh ones, the manager (Michelle -asian woman) said not until it was finished. Or I could wait for a couple of hours! What a way to avoid doing there job AND save money by serving old food.

Allof the chips were stale and the worker was giving little amounts of food expecting me to pay extra for the right amount of food. Guacamole was messy and she failed to put the guacamole in my cup

Kevin is the greatest worker I’ve had the honor of being served by since the last time I went to the Cheesecake Factory in New York. He is the nicest sweetest dude who let’s just say has respect for portion sizes and is a friend to all. It brings joy to my heart that workers like Kevin still exist in this world of workplace robots. Kevin stands above. I’m super disappointed in my visit today with my daughter. I guess my expectations are high after spending years as a service manager (so I’ll change my review when I’m contacted). The restaurant was really dirty both in the dining area and behind the counter. The person that helped us didn’t wash his hands and seems new but the girl with him wasn’t very helpful. The taco lettuce was cut terribly and almost resembled the salad lettuce (I know the difference). I’m honestly scared to go in the bathroom so I’ll just wait.
