Besides the one female worker that gives small portions, seemingly scared to hook it up (like she’s gunna get fired or something), all of the workers here are really friendly and they do a really good job of being super cool and hooking it up! The boys that clean do a great job of keeping it super clean too…excellent

They can’t give you a proper portion of protein at this location. I got a bowl filled with rice, hard undercooked brown rice. The burrito was small and stubby, also full of rice and a couple pieces of meat. I always have a bad experience with food quality and quantity here. I sat down and ate in the restaurant and there were trash on the floor and dirty tables. I thought it would be nice to sit looking out the window but the windows were dirty af and there were mosquitos flying around.

They’re mostly consistent. But, sometimes they skimp on portions. And today they were tryna give me high blood pressure with the amount of salt they put on these chips. If I had to guess, the employee salting the chips had the lid fall off the salt container and was too busy to redo them. Would’ve been understandable if they’d be honesty. Wouldn’t have mind waiting.

Had so many issues at this location. The Guacamole is inconsistent, sometimes it’s watery some times it’s super spicy sometimes it tastes like nothing. The bowl portions are always inconsistent on the portions. The cashier was the only person who was nice, smiling, or had any idea what customer service is. When sitting in the lobby you can hear the employees cursing and yelling at eachother, or discussing inappropriate or explicit not work appropriate conversations. Wont be coming back.

I ordered a bowl and my portions were small i asked for more and it was still small and my food was cold. i asked for fajitas and they were out and i had asked when more would be ready and she would not check for me even though it was the middle of the afternoon. I also wanted a side of queso and noticed a chunk of steak in there and I am vegetarian. Overall poor service and food.

The manager Javier has an attitude problem. He barely acknowledged us, slammed our food down, and sped through our order as if we weren’t even there. To make it worse, he gave us about half a scoop of food and multiple people in line had to ask for some more. There are 2-3 other chipotle’s in a five minute radius, if you’re reading this, PLEASE take your business there. You will probably get 50% more food and 1000x better service. At least until this guy gets an attitude check.

There was no brown rice available. The people who work here don’t seem to enjoy their job…not very pleasant! The last few times we’ve ordered there, the food was just barely lukewarm. Needs to be hotter in temperature. There were no napkins in dispenser and when asked for more napkins the gal went in back to look for some. Another employee asked what my husband needed and he replied “ napkins!” He went to the online order section and grabbed napkins from there. This location is going downhill fast and we are considering not eating from here in the future. The manager needs to do his/her job and turn this place around!

The service at this chipotle is frankly abbhorent. They are very rude from the get go everyday I frequent this location. I had a specific issue this time I came in. Am I asked for a light scoop of salsa verde and the employee proceeded to give me a minuscule drop of it. I then said “a little more please” and she proceeded to drench my bowl in the salsa and then gave me a dirty look. The conduct of the workers here is egregious and should be reevaluated.
