Not quite sure why there is only one person on the line during a lunch rush. And the cashier is too busy saying hi to his friends in the lobby when the line in very long. So now there is one person making the food and ringing. I wonder if the management changed because this place is not what it used to be.

I enjoyed eating here today. The crew was polite and respectful throughout the process. The gentleman that served me granted all my requests and didn’t seem to mind at all. I used to have a somewhat negative opinion of food from Chipotle, but I have changed my mind. The food now is actually pretty good perticularly the Sofritas which is a plant based option. Price was higher than what I think this bowl is worth, but my opinion does take in to account inflation etc…

This place is terrible and let me tell you that support is a joke. I ordered two burritos for me and my brother and I get home to find a burrito and a bowl. I try to call the store and I’m directed to online. Once online I’m told I’ll only get a BOGO. Like for real!?!?!?! I wanted it corrected not an offer to come back to your store and be stuck with a bowl I won’t eat.

The female cashier tried to charge me twice for my burrito and she giggled and thought it was funny. Luckily I checked my bank account as soon as she asked me to run my card again and I showed her that the charge had already gone through. She could have at least apologized and not kept acting like it was funny

I am a regular customer here and I have never experienced more disrespectful staff. I love chipotle and this is the closest one to my house. Time and time again I continued to go regardless of how poorly they treat me. Unfortunately the treatment is only getting worse and I refuse to give such a disrespectful establishment my money. There is one sweet guy who works the cash register and he is amazing! Everyone else rolls their eyes, scoffs at me when I ask for extra even though I let them know I am willing to pay more and continue to treat them with respect. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but this store is unlike anything I have ever seen.

This chain just keeps going downhill. Prices keep going up while quality goes down. The last three times I’ve visited a Chipotle have been a disappointment. Last trip I was prepared a rolled taco called a burrito for $14. Enough said. Never going back.

On a road trip and stopped for a quick dinner. Literally not a single clean table in the entire restaurant. Young lady at the register rang us up wrong and acted very put out when we brought it to her attention. On the plus side, the restroom was clean. Saw two girls go on their break while the floor and all tables are covered in trash and food. Pretty gross.
