Foods good, sometimes the meat has chunks in it. Usually service is fine but this time my burrito got absolutely obliterated. Giant hole in the side and completely open bottom on the one side. Either double wrap the burrito or re wrap it but putting this in tin foil and serving this to me is poor service.

When I order online or takeout from this RSM Chipotle, I get spoiled guacamole. When I go back in the store to swap it for a fresh portion, the employees become reactive and behave irritated and mean. If you give me bad food, why become bothered with a bad attitude because I come back for something edible and not black and spoiled? The aggressive service is not worth the time, expense or burden. I enjoyed eating here today. The crew was polite and respectful throughout the process. The gentleman that served me granted all my requests and didn’t seem to mind at all. I used to have a somewhat negative opinion of food from Chipotle, but I have changed my mind. The food now is actually pretty good perticularly the Sofritas which is a plant based option. Price was higher than what I think this bowl is worth, but my opinion does take in to account inflation etc…

Food service line looked rather dirty and sloppy. Just kind of yuky. We shared one of the bowls we bought and threw the second one in the trash. We both experienced upset stomaches after eating here.

Did not label my to go order items correctly so the burritos got swapped. Apps forgot the cheese and the sour cream on my burrito bowl. Food is still good, if you order here, order in person

This place is terrible and let me tell you that support is a joke. I ordered two burritos for me and my brother and I get home to find a burrito and a bowl. I try to call the store and I’m directed to online. Once online I’m told I’ll only get a BOGO. Like for real!?!?!?! I wanted it corrected not an offer to come back to your store and be stuck with a bowl I won’t eat.
