I love this place, I work nearby and during my lunch break I come here everyday. They are absolutely amazing, I do mobile order for convenience, and they even started to remember me and have it ready before I could even tell them I have a mobile order for myself. They’re extremely approachable and kind, the customer service is top notch and the food is always amazing. I’d recommend this place to everybody if they like Chipotle. Hope the manager of the place sees this and recognizes his team for doing amazing work consistently. I’ve been coming here everyday for more than a year now. A million stars.

Great staffs, one of the few Chipotle locations with normal employees. Unlike other locations which hire pretty much disabled employees with arm problem. This location provides decent portion food. The cashier is friendly and helpful. Love this particular Chipotle location.

Angry girl tonight threw away 1/3 of a burrito after throwing it together and poked a hole, instead of remaking it she threw out all the guacamole and cheese with the tortilla and gave us a small, badly made burrito. The guy made the regular sized one in the pic and it was great. We paid $15 for the small one in this pic! Id like a refund

They have the best chips I’ve ever had. A hint of lime and dash of salt. Perfect combination. The food is really good too. Guac is extra but that’s because it is delicious. Customer service is always polite and professional.

Chipotle used to be my favorite place for a healthy and quick lunch option. I probably ate at this location 100x last year. Sadly this location today has gone to garbage. The food quality the last several times has been awful. From dry meat to sour beans (tasted like they were old). Serving sizes have decreased by about half as even the scoops of rice are about half a scooper now. And It seems like they have hired a full new line of staff but they need training as when I went in the last 2x there was no “welcome to chipotle”, “how are you” or “what would you like?”. Those behind the counter just stood there and I felt like I was being served by robots. No emotion or communication outside of “which meat?” For the most part. No pride in the workers to be there. Awful atmosphere and food quality has just gone through the drain. Chipotle used to be, in my opinion, the best quality food for the price by far. Sadly this is far from the case today. Management needs to train employees better or find ones who want to work.

i’ve been ordering from this chipotle for nearly 10 years and I’m sad to say that it’s completely gone downhill in the last year. I come in or online order probably once a week; I don’t know why I keep coming back as this location absolutely smells horrible. The staff is also not friendly or courteous as I would expect of the Chipotle name.
My experience today was probably my worst as I walked in the door to an empty line and stood there, one of the employees walked in and nudge me on the side without even apologizing or asking if he could get by. I’m not sure what happened with management; clearly someone’s not prioritizing their role as the location itself smells like backed-up sewage and the staff itself would be more comfortable purposefully being rude than assisting customers nicely.
I’ve gone through all the reviews on this location recently, and I completely stand by the rest of the comments in which this is a terrible staff and should be ashamed of themselves with how they react.
Also, seriously: how can you go in day-to-day opening up a restaurant when it smells this terrible? Fortunately, I’ve not had significant issues with my orders or food quality, so I’ve shrugged it off for months; after today’s experience, I felt the need to air my issues.
