I had a great experience at Chipotle. I ordered a chicken bowl with salsas on the side. The food was delicious! The customer service was amazing; Denise was very attentive and professional, with a smile on her face all the time. I also noticed that the general manager was there, asking customers how everything was. This reminded me of the old Chipotle. I’ve been a customer since 2008 and have never had a bad experience. Way to go, Chipotlians! 100% recommended.Exceptional customer service elevates the dining experience. Providing options like to-go orders and customizable sides enhances convenience. Definitely the best spot to come after a workout in LA fitness right nearby. The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly and professional. I had a great first experience at this Chipotle. This is a large location and the staff is super friendly. This visit I ordered their burrito, and it was perfect. My order was placed on the app. When I got home I noticed some brown stuff on my lettuce. At first I thought it was just black beans until I took a bite and realized it was dirt! Yuck!!! So much dirt, big chunks. I contacted costumer service and they didn’t seem to care. I had to suggest that I send photos so they could see. They did over me a coupon code for a replacement entree but everything they sent me was just a canned response. Very disappointed. Wash your produce! Chipotle has had too much food born illness issues and this is why.

I visited this location on New Years Eve 2022. The employees were terrible. No one made eye contact when taking my order. One employee was fixing something up front and he was using foul language and complaining. The restaurant looked dirty. I did not feel like I was in Seacliff Village. Very disappointed For one chicken bowl with guacamole was almost $17. Geez.

Paid $17 for a very under packed bowl and a bag of stale chips. All the ingredients filled only about half of the bowl with the rest being filled with lettuce. The restaurant was quite dirty. Staff was decent, but it was hard to hear over the music.

Consistently forgets an item when ordered through app (sour cream, pico, cheese). Always fun to find out which when you open it. Small portions even if you put extra on things. Other chipotles are more consistent and fill up the bowl more.

I have been ordering chipotle for almost 2 decades. Not only are the prices higher now, which I understand, but the size of the burrito and the burrito bowl are a joke. When I tried to call them I couldn’t get through to anyone.
Chipotle, you used to be my favorite go to healthy meal. It is very sad what you’ve become. I get mistakes happen, but the fact that nobody even answers the phone is a very bad sign.
I really hope this is an anomaly, but the fact that I couldn’t get ahold of anyone is very telling.
Do not waste your time. There are plenty of other great options in Huntington Beach. Check out Fiesta Catering on 17th St.

Soda fountain machines have mixed sodas. Coca cola original doesnt have coca cola original its either diet coke or coke zero. Been like this for a while people dont know how to managae restaurants anymore not only that but they never give you receipts im suspecting they are tipping themselves and not letting the customers know
