I’ve moved here last year from New Jersey, where I frequented Chipotle weekly. I’ve tried this location 3 times, at first I thought maybe it was a fluke that the chicken here was so much more spicy hot than what I was used to in NJ, but after 3 tries, it was obvious that they made the chicken a lot hotter here than northeast part of the country – just too hot to be enjoyable to me. Sorry, they’ve lost me as a customer.

I like this location, they don’t short you on the meat portions as other locations do. My only recommendation for improvement is to complete online orders in time. Have been 3 times since October and had to wait for my online order to be ready despite arriving a few minutes after the order was supposed to be ready for pickup. Other than that, great location.

Paid $10+ for a bowl that looks like they ran out of food mid-prep. Barely any chicken, mostly plain rice, and zero attempt to make it right. Not the first time this location has been stingy but this is the worst I’ve seen it. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Came here Dec 3 at 12pm. Had a MANAGER serve me food. Skimped out on the double rice and double beans i asked for. Gave a little bit of chicken. She was actin like it comes out of her paycheck. As someone who worked at Chipotle for four years, i know what serving sizes are supposed to look like. This aint it. Dont come here for your slop bowl.

Always get the same order like this, but this afternoon, there was a rude Mexican woman, who just gave me a very very little bowel, which cost me about 12 dollars. The first picture is what I always get for lunch, the second one is what she gave to me this time, I feel so disappointed. When I got there, Trying to pick up my order, she just grabbed my lunch from my hand and staring me, asking my name, I felt so bad. I always want to get the extra corn, she just gives me a little bit, I think this is intentional.
