Trash accuracy when ordering ahead, find another location or order in person.
Sent a large group order. They forgot a meal entirely and when we returned to pickup the missing order it was made incorrectly.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any Chipotle.
The restaurant was dirty everywhere. Tables were not cleaned at all, and no one seemed to care. Customers were eating at visibly dirty tables.
On top of that, they were out of spoons. I politely asked an employee for a spoon. Instead of helping, she asked two other coworkers to grab one from the back. Both of them said they were “too busy.”
Then she asked another coworker, and his response was simply: “Tell him we’re out of spoons.” No apology, no effort, no customer service.
This level of laziness, poor hygiene, and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If basic cleanliness and utensils can’t be managed, it raises serious concerns about how this location is run.
I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this Chipotle to anyone

The store presentation was horrible. It wasn’t clean, trash on the ground throughout the restaurant, trash around the trash can vs in inside. The food area could’ve been much more cleaner and wasn’t, fountain drink area was nasty. The visit alone was a complete waste of my time. Very disappointed! As far as employees only two were polite.
I feel like this store staff needs to be retrained and a person doing a walk through every 30 minutes to keep up the appearance and the cleanliness of the eating and restroom area.

I though Chipotle is known for generous portion for the money but this experience was very very disappointing. I put most of ingredients as extra so I expected the plate was packed but the reality was opposite.it is just me? Or this is what chipotle does now?

I just had the misfortune of experiencing the ultimate culinary letdown at Chipotle. The rice was harder than my aunt’s personality – I’m talking granite-level hardness. And don’t even get me started on the utensil-gate scandal: our takeout order came with a glaring absence of forks, knives, or even a pity spoon.
The service? Abysmal. The staff seemed to be competing in the Olympics of apathy. I’ve seen more enthusiasm at a DMV office.
To top it off, our company dropped a cool $150 on this disaster. That’s like buying a ticket to a bad cook’s culinary school. Needless to say, our business is taking its burrito bucks elsewhere.

It’s 8pm and they close at 11pm. They refused to cook more food and had nothing. I mean it they had nothing. I also ordered rice and beans and they somehow didn’t end up putting the beans in the bag? Why do you allow the employees here to stop doing their job at 8pm?

It’s a hit or miss when you go there. Sometimes you get fresh hot food, sometimes not. By not, I mean DRY BROWN RICE, DRY CARNITAS MEAT, HARD FLOUR TORTILLA!
BUT!.. it’s also random. You may get a nice person helpping you and they give you extra food or side. Sometimes not. It really depends on who is helping you.
Thankfully, I just usually get the Kid’s Meal’s. It’s filling enough and then stuff myself with other home cooked stuff.
Thank you to Jesse for giving me cheese and sour cream that was supposed to cost extra. These days, I’m still struggling financially so any help woul be appreciated!

. I did not receive a full meal today and the food was not edible. I have never received such a smaller serving of food. Waste of money and energy, already empty bowl nothing in it, this is a joke.
Burnt brown chips so hard they are not edible after paying 7 dollars for chips and guacomole . My veggie bowl so empty and small it literally had 3 pieces of lettuce on top of it. I was not given a full or edible bowl that I paid for. I was given such a little amount of actual food and toppings this is inexcusable. And can’t even call it a veggie bowl or presented well enough to eat it. This looks like something you’d mix together and feed a dog. This is a joke and I need a refund I paid 32 dollars for it and nothing but a little sofritas sorry, thank you. This is the smallest bowl I have ever received from this location.

I’ve had a vegetarian chipotle order and added everything on it this time since 2018 and this was one of the worst I’ve ever seen and been served in my life,
in no way is this acceptable and eatable and considered paying for a entree. Can check Uber eats orders for references placed around 5:56 PM. This is absolutely terrible and I don’t know if I’ll support chipotle chain anymore I was given food so little, this is terrible and
not enough to eat it after my order being so expensive, and this time I was excited because I had put everything on it.
You’re telling I waited for this and paid over 30 dollars for it to show up with nothing in it and can’t even eat this. I don’t Have any food at my apartment due to circumstances and literally was given nothing but this is not even humanly funny. Just painful. This is so down right bad it’s not ok. Maybe the chipotle chain should just close if they can’t provide more then 5 bites and give an appropriate amount of cooked food anymore. I would like an email for a solution because there is no way should be paying how my order came was.
